It was so fun doing business with Stacey at The Tile Source. Stacey has a really good eye for art and interior design, so working with her was like having my very own personal designer. Prior to going to The Tile Source I went to other places and Iwas struggling with choosing a backsplash for my kitchen. I made an appointment and brought in several photos of my kitchen then explained what my vision was. Stacey showed me several different tiles that complimented my kitchen and then gave me some time to look them all over. Little did I know while she was giving me unhurried time alone to decide which samples I would take home, she was at the other end of the store putting together some beautiful accent tiles that she thought I might like for under my hood. They were beautiful! I ended up going with the tile I liked most with the accent tile that Stacey picked out herself. She knew that they went well together. She even recommended a tile guy who also ended up being amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Stacey and Jen were both really attentive and helpful. They were both very responsive to emails and phone calls. They were both extremely helpful and they both truly care about their clients. Their prices are reasonable, but even if they're slightly higher it is totally worth it because they go above and beyond to give you a 5 star experience, which you can not get online or at larger stores. I will refer everyone to them!

Fabulous selection and outstanding assistance for my bathroom renovation. Gorgeous selection of tile, stone and pretty custom pieces. They even stock thresholds for my doorway, shower jambs and offer excellent advice for every detail of my renovation. Very pleasant to work with as well.

Unbelievable selection of tile from Modern, to classic. Jen was extremely knowledgeable on tile selection and design. I could not believe all the cool types of tile they had from beach stone, porcelain, etc. This is a must visit!

I sell high end real estate on Boston's North Shore and offer my clients design consulting. The selection at Tile Source is quite broad in design and price point. And the convenient location at Cumming Center saves me a trip to the Design Center in Boston. I have been using The Tile Source for nearly 10 years, and both my clients and I have had excellent customer service. I have never had any issues with shipment, broken tile, or communication. And trust The Tile Source with all of my clients.
