FIND ANOTHER BANK. Awful bank, awful customer service.Opened a checking account for side spend/savings to not mess with my mint tracking. Put $100 minimum in. They never told me paper statements charge $2 a month. I got charged $15 and put below minimum. I called back and said hey what’s this all about, they apologized and told me how to turn off paper statements and gave me my money back. Problem is because I was under $100 fee that month they charged me another fee later on and never told me this would happen. I didn’t have paper statements to know and never checked the account. They kept charging me until the account was negative and then I only knew when they closed the account. Later on they closed the account and took away the fees but stole my $100. Now my consumer report has denied me different bank accounts. They are only bank with no fraud protection because they are frauds. Stay away

At the age of digitization, for a wire transfer, you need to come, wait for a person in his office to process your "wire transfer"!! It took me nearly over one hour because it was international!!! Yet no status on the transfer, you call customer service and they have NO clue. My conclusion is that this is more of local regional bank despite their claim to be global!Terrible! They tell you and international wire can be anyting from 3-5 business days and some of their customer service folks say "Oh it takes 7-14 days"! A joke to say the least.And btw the destination country have a very sophisticated banking system fully digitized!

I deposited cash into the ATM at the Cabot St branch, then the machine malfunctioned and I had to file a claim with an unhelpful person inside the bank. I'm out the money I deposited and it has been extremely stressful. TD bank robbed me.So since this review was posted two days ago TD Bank has corrected the issuewith my deposit and I have my money. But I did find out they do not operate the ATM. It is contracted to a service.Anyway I'm not sure if I will remain doing my banking at TD.

Manager Was on point. Tellers were very nice and professional. I Enjoy doing business here. They have some hiccups. Low staff. But as a business owner..I know how hard it is to hire quality people.

First visit they were 20 minutes late in opening. They said they had no staff, and had to call in someone.Next visit I tried to do business, but I was told they did not have my signature card. WHAT ???I waited 30 minutes for them to look for my signature card.AFTER I left the bank fuming, they called me and said they ‘found’ my signature card.

Td bank is the best bank I’ve ever used, absolutely nothing wrong wrong with this location! Everyone has been super helpful whenever I’ve had a problem and are nothing but cheerful and great.

I don’t even bank with TD, but some seemingly unstable person asked his Facebook group of 30,000 members to put this branch on blast because he didn’t like a corporate policy and I thought that was unfair. I can clearly say the experience I have had with this bank (which is none) has been fine and I just wanted to counteract all the lemming 1 star reviews from other people who had also not been to his location but felt the need to review it.

Molly..... You just got a taste of life. Sometimes it's not the way you planned, but use the experience as a life lesson. I'll bet you won't overdraft again. I've been a bank customer since '93, and have had nothing but wonderful service. Recently retired, I've received assistance from all tellers and management. They present themselves professionally and courteously at all times. Students in college want to be treated as adults. That includes responsibility for their actions. Accept responsibility and move on. TD Bank has the best hours of any bank. I sometimes feel bad for the workers..... "Bankers hours" used to be a perk..... Not here!

Run, do not look back. Stay as far away from this bank as possible if you would like to keep your money. The manager Eileen is a mean, uncaring woman who needs to control her judgmental eye-rolls and snippy tone. I am a student (as are many of the young people in this area) and went into the bank to deal with over $100 in overdraft fees that had hit over night. Even after explaining that the situation was a mistake, Eileen asked me to sign a (questionable) legally binding affidavit in order to get all my money back. I asked to close my account (I'm not going through this again) and she said "Well. I'm not going to give you anything if you close! So whaddaya wanna do." The only reasonable person there was the customer service representative who obviously felt that I was being treated unfairly, but is subject to Eileen's bizarre tyranny. I literally sat in the office sobbing while Eileen rolled her eyes and told me I should be grateful to get anything at all. In the end they gave me 2/3s of the money I was owed back and was not permitted to close my account. Even aside from keeping 1/3 of the money, the way I was treated was unacceptable. This is a college town, and the staff clearly does not understand their audience.
