Do NOT go there for passport photos. The “child“ they had taking the photos was so under experienced. There were plenty of opportunities to get useable pictures of my kids. After 10 minutes we ended up with NO photos of my son and the WORST picture of my daughter. So bad I won’t use it. No one would even believe it was her. Again, if you have kids don’t go there. Honestly, I wouldn’t em get my photo done there

I hate leaving bad reviews but I really want to be fair. That said, the staff here is actually really good - very nice, informative and helpful. They've always been friendly and try their best to accommodate their customers. My biggest complaint that brings me here is that they RARELY ever have items in stock. Being a local business owner, we rely on Staples for many of our day-to-day needs. Most specifically, for printer ink and toner. I visit this location regularly and -no joke, no exaggeration - they *never* have toner or printer ink in stock. I understand that because of common machines and thus high volume purchases, stores do sell out. (We also don't have older machines where items might be phased out and kept in scarce stock.) I also understand that because of COVID supply and demand are really messed up and shipping everywhere is delayed. But EVERY TIME? Is it that the office supply gods hate me? Perhaps..... I used to work in retail and I understand high demand and the struggle to restock adequately. But every visit, there is barely -any- stock? I am always having to make the trek to their Danvers location to get what I need. Interestingly enough, the Danvers location is always adequately stocked. I really prefer investing in local businesses here in Beverly - even if they are large corporate entities - and I hope they can remedy this issue. Until then, I have to make yet another trek to Danvers (right now) and more than likely, will just resort to working with Amazon, since they deliver in a fairly timely manner and have the products available that we need. (Bezos is Satan, btw. :D) Always happy to amend a review if things change. Again - the staff here is great! The management has always been great. It's just this issue that's been a huge inconvenience for many of us. Thanks!

Get the golden spice oat cold brew oat latte or the matcha blended drink. They're both good. Better coffee than Starbucks.

Computer usage to make a copy from personal email cost me 9 dollars. Very disapointed.Charged by the minute, but the computer is too slow.Fax costs $2.39 a page but it is not posted. Bad service. But manager refunded me for computer usage time and copies because the copies were automatically produced in color. Color cost much more money.Terribly expensive and not much customer control over choices.

I love peets coffee, I get a lot of their lattes and iced fog teas! I don't have any complains about their coffee but the employees. they're all nice but I wish they would wear gloves and masks during COVID-19. I noticed some do, some don't. When they started doing the procedures of where they were taking orders by the door, I've seen some staff not wearing masks, nor gloves AND used their phone while they were taking care of the pastry they had in order for other customers. It was so unsanitary especially if you're using your cellphone at work and taking care of food. But what surprised me the most today was I made an order online through their app, and the picture shown on the app and the drink that was given was completely different. Maybe they input the order wrong! But haha surprised me!

I was recently served by Sumner and Jon in the Tech Department with a complex phone repair situation. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They involved their department manager Dann and store manager Joe to help bring resolution to the matter. I would highly recommend this store, especially the technicians, to anyone with a Staples need.

Staples sells all the best school supply brands and office supply brands and has stylish but still good quality items.

I'm a fan of Peet's, but this location is way too loud. Half of the people here use headphones, and if I ever return I'll bring my noise canceling headphones. Every sound of The barista rings out and the chairs scrape loudly on the tile. Even a worker getting change out of the cash register assaults my ears. Peet's please do something about the noise level!

I have to say that this Peet's seems to have turned it around. The past few months, service has improved and is now much faster and more consistent. They open up the second register regularly, so the wait is a lot more reasonable. So glad that I can get my Peet's fix without a lengthy wait these days!

Fleas flitting around between the low-fat banana blueberry muffins and lemon scones, I guess they couldn't make up their minds? All on full display who knows what happens in the back. Insultingly small muffins while the price goes up, up, up. I WAS hungry too Later, Pitts..
