I've traveled for business and pleasure for years throughout the US and this is the first time a grocery store refused to give me the store/card discount upon request. "No, you pay the full sale price, the full sale price!" I quote the cashier. I was a bit dumbfounded and did not return. Fortunately there's other stores around.

I was pursued outside of the store because the woman monitoring the self checkout has poor eyesight. She claimed I was stealing soda, but realized that she misread the receipt (which she probably printed after I left, I took my receipt). How dare anybody at this store paint anyone as a thief in front of bystanders. Management should be embarrassed by such poor customer service. If you have to chase everyone who uses the self checkout, maybe you shouldn't have it. I will withhold any future Shaw's purchases until I hear from someone from the corporate office.

Spent 500$ and a 28$ tip yesterday to have foot delivered to my home while I work.It is disgusting that I am given half rotten strawberry’s and all other produce. You should be embarrassed as a company andLocation. I’ll be bringing in the wet and half rotten food in for a refundDo better.

Prices are pretty high, and self checkout with sale items is a hassle because the cashier does every item individually….. 2 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ sorry. Market Basket is still #1. Grocery Stores make billions, start passing the savings over to us.

The store as a whole is fine, but the last 3 times I've been there the cash back option on the self checkout lanes was not working. Inconvenient.
