So disappointed we have been customers fir 8 years. They made a mistake amd laundered an expensive fathers day shirt of my husbands. It was labeled dry clean only but they laundered it. Running the fabric amd shrinking the shirt. I let them try to fix even though I knew it would work. Like trying g to fix a laundered cashmere sweater. The mistake isn't the issue. It's how the owner treated me. Interrupting not letting me speak, telling me everyone says that. What makes you think it was laundered..we are a dry cleaners. Beaches the shirt is ruined and it was brand new when I brought it to you amd it was in woth his laundered shirts. Basically not man enough to back his bussiness. The most disturbing was how he treated amd spoke to me. Shame on him. Please find another dry cleaner

I needed clothes steamed and pressed for my Moms funeral in short notice. They were able to accommodate me and they did a wonderful job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I recently tried this dry cleaner for the first time. I brought a large white lined curtain (for sliding glass door). They charged over $100 and the curtain is not clean. The man behind the counter explained the curtain had to be sent out for cleaning as it was to big for them to handle in house. I wish he had told me that when I dropped it off. It still has the same water stains on it that were there when I brought it in. I will stick with Flair cleaners in the future. Lesson learned!

They did an amazing job at hemming my pants and making my suit like extra slim! There was a rip along the seams of my blazer, but they did a great job fixing it and they're very helpful in giving advice. I have to come here for dry cleaning from now on! Totally recommend people to come here

This is the 1st time I've used Sam's. I'm fairly new to Beverly & needed a dress cleaned & some pilling removed from the chest in a hurry. It was dropped off in the am, picked it up at 5:30pm & it looked & smelled even better than new. The woman at the counter was a sweetheart & only charged me $12.60!!! I highly recommend Sam's!!
