Made appointment for the same cut I always get and when I got there, they said they didn't have time to do what I wanted done. Albana could care less, didn't offer any apology or anything. Don't bother going here.

Have had a great experience the 3 times I’ve been here. Twice for my own cut and once for my tween boy (tween boy mamas know haircuts can be a bit touchy). We’ve seen albana each time and have loved her professionalism and expertise!

I’m new to Paula’s, I’ve had my hair cut twice and highlights done once by Linda. I loved the results both times! Linda is a talented stylist and she took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shop is very friendly, clean and professional. It is so satisfying to find a salon and stylist who can make my hair look great. I’m happy to give them 5 stars.

The whole staff is friendly, though I only work with Luciana. She's been cutting my hair for years and is exceptional. The facility is clean, stylish, and the cost is fine.
