Never provide service took my money up front never provide service this company is a scam company stay away from this inc online media llc iask the owner Nicole to refund 290 I had to get my lawyer to call our bank with all the document that this inc never did any service for our website to any one they wants to build a website stay away from this company they will give you good sale pitch after they get your money they don't bother to return your call after u request your money back again anyone with company sense stay away from onpointbnedia they are a scammer do u home work find another inc

This company out of ******** **** scam my aunt out of 300dollar my aunt who is 70old want to build a website with this inc.my aunt who is retire from teaching collect books from ****** store and want to sell these books to make extra cash.she is on a fi fix income the owner of www onponitsite.com inform my aunt she need 300dollar upfront to get started the owner ****** never provide service and did not refund my aunt 300dollar. Zero communication. Does not return multiple client phone calls or emails. Will not reply to project completion questions or concerns. Paid in full. Now appears to have changed their name to Sentient Web Hosting & Media.

Nicole and Jen have been an absolute pleasure to work with. My old website was SO old and outdated. It was honestly embarrassing, but I always thought having a professionally done website was exorbitantly expensive and I just couldn't justify spending tons of money on something that didn't NEED to be fixed. All the information was correct on my old website, it just looked like crap... but it got the job done I guess. So, one day I got a call from Nicole and she spoke with me about their services and explained their pricing. I was blown away to learn that this was super affordable. They have been so patient with me... I have taken a long time to reply to their correspondence and such. I also know very little about tech stuff, so being able to speak with them and have them understand what I am looking for without knowing the correct terminology, or term has been very helpful. So.... come to the end of everything, and launch my new site and it looks AMAZING!!! Also, any changes that I have had to make Jen has been able to do for me very quickly. Took my money, no service of any kind. Asked them to cease, took more money. Refusing to refund. Now avoiding my calls. Only recourse is Legal. Be very aware of this company. They have taken $500.00 and no service of any kind. WRONG.

I should have taken their google rating as a warning! Nicole and Jen wasted over 5 months of my time with fake promise after fake promise. (No finished product or prototype) They only use templates something any amateur can do. When I complained and asked for a refund they basically said “this has happened to them thousands of times that’s why they make you sign a contract” (see the photo of the email) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
