5 stars all day, I'll never use another computer place again. Out of options I called and Kyle met me at the store right away. He made sure it was the correct equipment before selling it, set me up and gave me a fair price. Very nice dude, had some great conversations as well.

I came to Kyle with a laptop that would drain its battery in one hour. It was my second time seeing him with the laptop. He remembered who I was and helped me right away. He was able to replace my battery, while simultaneously, teaching me about batteries and important computer tips. The changing was not easy because of some dry glue, but he got it no problem. Now, my battery lasts for HOURS and it feels brand new. I cannot recommend Kyle enough.

Amazing experience! Kyle is exceptionally knowledgable and enthusiastic. He sells laptops and other products at really competitive pricing, he also knows how EVERYTHING works and will walk you through it. He patiently sat down with me and walked me through how to get a website to show up on google. He really loves what he does and is a pleasure to talk with.

Great service, reasonable prices, kindness coming from a small business… what’s not to love about that. I came to Kyle for just a basic laptop. Before that I found the shop and checked it out and they had tons of computer goods from top to bottom. Originally I saw a Dell XPS 2015 that Kyle priced at $250, not bad eh? That computer only held 4GB of ram and 128GB of storage, the ram couldn’t be increased. So Kyle gave me a newer Dell latitude for the same price, double the specs! I was pleased to work with a small business that values customers over the money and Kyle…he rose above all of the computer places, nobody does it better!

Honestly, an amazing owner. The company has alot going on but knows what they are doing. Owner opened late just to help me out and didn't even charge me for the assistance. The space feels like a welcoming man cave. Got to play some NES Super Mario bros. Very personable.

This place is the absolute best...Kyle is a wizard...I will tell all my friends about him and to never use anybody else if this service becomes necessary...AND he is a patient and a very funny guy...wonderful experience which is becoming less and less these days!!!!!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Kym and Kyle. I was without a printer for eight months -- eight months! -- and I called NECT with this outrageous question: Do you make house calls? Kyle's response: Yes! I was so gobsmacked that for a nanosecond I was speechless. Then I babbled on and on about how old I am and how much I needed this for work and to make a very long story short, we bonded immediately, and he and Kym showed up exactly when they said they would -- same day, as a matter of fact -- and within five minutes Kyle had the printer, um, printing. Well, while they were here, could they get my second printer working? Yes! A week later, I'm still in awe, My office was a mess, as was I, and Kym did much to make sure I didn't trip over anything . . . and Kyle organized a thousand cords and wires. Two days later, I broke a rib, and I'd trust either of them if I needed surgery. Really! These people are also INTERESTING. We chatted and laughed for more than an hour, and I can't wait to need them again: they're that good and that nice. I recommend them without reservation -- what a team! what humans! what stars!

The best and only place you should shop for computers, laptops and repairs.I needed a high-end laptop to replace my older gaming one. Kyle showed me several options. All have updated software and operating systems ready to go. Kyle was patient and extremely informative. He explained tech terms in a manner anyone could understand and after inquiring on how I would use it directed me to a beautiful Lenovo Legion. What surprised me the most was price. I know I would have paid at least a third more for a compatible laptop.What a great experience I had. I highly recommend NE Computer Techs for all your computer needs.

Kyle is fantastically friendly and was immensely helpful. I'd had some trouble getting a hard drive out of an ancient computer and not only did he make it look easy, he also helped me read the drive and learn about the equipment he was using, all conveniently and quickly. Very highly recommended!

Genius, man can do anything with computers and then some, I was about to lose all my files from the past 10 years after putting my hard drive in a new computer, he was able to transfer and duplicate all my files and remove 2 viruses from my hard drive within a day
