I've been a customer for almost 15 years. I went in for an upgrade, the first one I've gone in for in years. The only " upgrade" I was offered was a $300 Motorola, for my plan. That meaning I'm grandfathered into a great plan. So in order to push you out of such they offer you horrible deals. The guy was nice enough, probably small business owner. None the less I hate the phone, camera shuts off for no reason, runs through data super fast and then my phone slows down. He was absolutely no help. I wanted to give him a chance so I led with my phone problems. See before Christmas I called to see how much adding 2 lines would be. I was given a price to add two lines with the Samsung phones. Today when I went in, not only was he no help with my phone, when I asked about the added lines the price doubled per line. Don't go to this location, he will rip you off. He was great when I first went in, gave me a case for free, today was a totally different experience. Sucks, I wanted to give him a shot. No Brigado!!

Do not go here. Place is a scam. Terrible management. My boyfriend came here to upgrade his phone for which he received an offer for $189. He came here thinking he was going to spend no more than $200. The representative told him that it would be $340 because the phone he chose to upgrade to is part of a combo-deal and that he is REQUIRED to choose other accessories (phone charger, case, screen protector). We asked the representative if we were able to just buy the phone itself without the accessories and she told us that was NOT possible. So, my boyfriend was forced or should I say COERCED into buying the phone plus the accessories he DID NOT want. Also, it did not make any sense why they would force you to buy another charger when the phone itself came with one! He was uneasy after we made the purchase so we called up another MetroPCS location asking if it was required to purchase accessories when you upgrade to a new phone. The representative at this store told him that was not a requirement and that you shouldn’t have to buy accessories along with it. So, we called up customer service and they told my boyfriend the exact same thing! We decided to go back to the same store where we purchased the phone that SAME DAY to return the accessories since customer service told us that we should be able to return it, especially considering it’s within the 14-day return policy so there should be no reason why we are not able to return it. We go back to the store. The representative talks to her manager and tells us that the manager is not refunding us the money due to it being against their return policy. The policy states that we are not able to return/refund a device upgrade which WE ARE NOT RETURNING/REFUNDING A DEVICE UPGRADE. We are trying to get a return/refund for the ACCESSORIES! NOT THE DEVICE! WE ARE KEEPING THE DEVICE! A device refers to the PHONE, NOT the accessories! Even customer service said the exact same thing when we contacted them a THIRD time in which we had the customer service representative talk to the representative at the store to tell them that! Not only did we have the customer service representative talk to the representative at the store but the customer service representative SAID THEMSELVES that if the store does not allow the return for the accessories, that is considered FRAUD. What’s crazy is that the manager STILL refused to give him the refund.UPDATE:The store refunded my boyfriend the amount for the accessories. He appreciates them doing so.

I'm happy to find this store. The representative was very kind and helpful with my husband and me. The store was clean and not busy so we didn't have to wait to long, he work very fast. Great place.

I highly do NOT recommend buying anything from this metro pcs store.The manager and store representatives are con artists and scam you into buying extra phone accessories. They do this by saying that you HAVE to buy the accessories in order to get the phone upgrade. If you try to return the accessories, they do not honor the return policy because "device upgrades " are non-refundable. Even though accessories are not the upgrade, only the phone is the upgrade. This is clearly stated on the receipt.Avoid this store at all costs. Better off just getting a new phone from Best buy.

went there on a Friday afternoon,it was packed so I had to come back for the guy to tell me he has no phones. even for a franchise the guy working was completely useless and I walked out disappointed.

I drove to this store from Gloucester because they said they where open. It’s closed and it doesn’t say it on there sight. Terrible and rude.

Place has a new owner ans bew employees. I loved the phone that i bougth and the guys are amazing with the transfer from my old to my new phone!
