I had the charging port of an iPad Pro damaged and didnt want to have to buy a new old model at a discounted price from apple.I asked around for recommendations and a few people recommended Marconi's in Beverly. I had messaged an other placed and they quoted me a price of $80. higher than Marconi. I decided to try Marconi and was so happy that I did. They did a professional job. I highly recommend them.

Marconi Radio is the best! Anthony is the "Fix It Guy Extraordinaire"I thought I was doomed after my Samsung A3 Galaxy was submerged by a wave on Plum Island. Verizon Tech and Geek Squad couldn't fix it. I got Marconi Radio's name from another Tech outfit that didnt work on Androids. I called Marconi Radio and spoke to Anthony and the rest is history. Anthony fixed my phone- I got all my pictures and texts! He is a super cool guy and knows his craft! If you have a broken phone and think it's unfixable dont despair- call Anthony !

Gave Tony a circuit board from my pellet stove with some new parts to solder in. He called my the next day and everything was all set. Very reasonable and professional. It's cold tonight and the stove is working like new. Thanks

Customer service was fantastic!!! My daughters phone was not holding a charge. Tony tried everything to fix it, new charging port, battery check etc and worked well past closing time to help me out. In the end the phone was just dead, but he was able to resurrect it long enough to transfer all the data to a very reasonable preowned phone I purchased. I highly recommend him and will be using his services again.

A WOW story from my mom:I reached out Tony for advice on my 96-year-old mother’s broken electric scooter — this is her only way to be mobile and it wasn’t working. I didn’t know where to turn but had had good experiences with Marconi Radio in the past and other friends in Beverly reminded me of them. I called just for some idea of who even to call. Tony said he was willing to go over and check it out (she’s home bound and we had no way to transport the scooter). His professionalism, kindness, care and respect for my mom, follow through/follow up and expertise left us with a functional scooter and deep gratitude for working with someone who cares for the person behind the job. He’s also clearly talented because this is not the advertised area of expertise. We were just so impressed and grateful. Honestly, I’m choking up thinking about it. It was a “hope for humanity” kind of experience working with Tony. ?

Really good place. My wife's phone got messed up by another local repair shop. I took it to Marconi's due to a recommendation, and left very pleased. Tony was honest and straightforward, the repair was fast and the cost was less than the people who messed up my wife's phone.Good local small business, an excellent choice for cell phone repair.

Tony is the best! I did not know where to turn to get help with my Macbook pro. The screen had been tweaking randomly over what I suspected was some internal ribbon issue. I would've had to send my laptop out for 1-3 months if I brought it to Apple, along with whatever fees would have came with it. Tony was able to look at my laptop, diagnose it, and have a new screen on within a matter of 4 or 5 days. It was a very fair cost for what had to be done and taking the actual price of the 16'' Macbook screen into consideration. Very professional, timely, and trustworthy in my experience. I couldnt charge my phone turned out to be the cable which I just bought, so they gave me a new cord and it worked it was very quick and did'nt cost me an arm or a leg, great service I would recommend this to anyone needing a repair, thank you sooo much for the service I will not hesitate to go back again if needed and I would suggest any one needed go there

I visit this store to get a new protective shield for my phone. I asked the man to see why I couldn't get on to the web. Which he did fix what was had done wrong. Unbeknownst to me without even telling me he charged me $15 for something that took him a few minutes to do. It cost me $35 including $20 for the shield. I won't be going back there

If you've got a favorite item that no longer works try Marconi Radio!I had a Christmas dancing Snoopy toy that stopped working. It was bought at a CVS in 2021 and was nowhere to be found in 2022. I was heartbroken because this is such a cute toy that my grandchildren and I love. I was ecstatic when Marconi Radio was able to fix it and the cost was very reasonable. I used a seam ripper and opened up the arm that had the switch inside before I brought it in. Tony wasn't sure if it could be fixed but said he would try his best. It only took a couple of days when I got the good news that Snoopy was fixed. It's great to know that there is a place where you can bring unusual items and hopefully get them fixed instead of throwing them away. Give them a try if one of your favorite possessions needs fixing.

I shattered my phone screen and was unable to use my Samsung Gallaxy 7. Lucky I had a backup SG7. Marconi helped me get the new phone functioning exactly as my prior phone did. All the contacts, photos, settings were all transferred over successfully. Very knowledgeable and timely service
