Was stoked to find a place that specializes in iPad repair. It was 330$ for iPad repair and a screen protector. Reasonable if you ask me. The guy’s super personable and it was service with a smile. I will be recommending them to friends and family, and returning myself should I ever need to.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommended- Easy to deal with, quick turnaround and reasonably priced. This is the 2nd time I’ve visited Marconi radio with little to no hope of my iPhone being fixed and Tony took care of the problem. Avoid the unknown mall kiosks & long waits at the Apple Store - call or visit Marconi, they have been there for 45 years , he knows his stuff and it's important to support local businesses!

I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am for Anthony and Marconi Radio. After my iPhone died I thought I had lost over three years of photos and data. Even the Apple store told me nothing could be done that didn’t involve completely wiping the phone. Anthony was able to recover everything for me and transfer it over to a new device like the damage never even happened, and for a surprisingly reasonable price! I will be recommending Marconi to anyone who has an issue, they are simply the best.

Tony is awesome!My son't phone was having issues. I drove around from one shop to another hearing different stories. My Apple Insurance even told me it would cost me $130 if I went through the insurance and it would take weeks.Tony diagnosed the issue in about two minutes, told me to come back in two hours, and it was done. The phone is working perfectly now. He replaced the battery and repaired the screen for less money than my insurance wanted to charge.It was a relief to have someone so knowledgeable and friendly solve the issue. I will never go anywhere else.PS- I cancelled my phone insurance - realized I've given them about $6k over the years and I've only made one claim because they make it so difficult. It's cheaper and easier to go to places like Marconi.

I’ve lived in the area for over 60 years and have never stepped inside this shop. Until last week! Just before Thanksgiving , it became clear that I needed to replace the battery on my iPhone 6S plus and dreaded the thought of traveling to the Apple Store in Lynnfield or using the Geek Squad service. I was sure it was going to be a problem since my phone is so old. I was led, then, to Marconi Radio! Best decision I ever made. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the store was! Then, I met Tony, the owner, and he stopped what he was doing, found a new battery right away, and installed it, all with in 15 minutes of being here! By the time I checked out, I found I had such a good experience, I just wanted to hang around there! The cost? More than fair. Although I don’t want any other issues popping up, if they do, I know where I’m going! Thank you, Tony.

My screen cracked in so many different ways that I had thought for sure I would have to replace the phone entirely. Anthony took a look and said to give him a little time to work on it. He was able to fix the screen in under an hour! Very pleased with this experience! 10/10

This place is the best! You can't find a better repair shop around. The owners knowledge is amazing! He is so helpful with any question you have. Beyond his knowledge he is just great to talk with. I will always go here for any electronic problem or question I have. He helped me switch my broken galaxy 10 to a working galaxy 10 and I never had to re- log into anything or setup anything. The new phone was exactly setup the same as my old one. I was beyond happy with this service. My father has been coming here for years now I will do the same and hopefully my son will do the same also. I highly recommend coming here for any electronic question or repair you might have!!

I had the charging port of an iPad Pro damaged and didnt want to have to buy a new old model at a discounted price from apple.I asked around for recommendations and a few people recommended Marconi's in Beverly. I had messaged an other placed and they quoted me a price of $80. higher than Marconi. I decided to try Marconi and was so happy that I did. They did a professional job. I highly recommend them.

Marconi Radio is the best! Anthony is the "Fix It Guy Extraordinaire"I thought I was doomed after my Samsung A3 Galaxy was submerged by a wave on Plum Island. Verizon Tech and Geek Squad couldn't fix it. I got Marconi Radio's name from another Tech outfit that didnt work on Androids. I called Marconi Radio and spoke to Anthony and the rest is history. Anthony fixed my phone- I got all my pictures and texts! He is a super cool guy and knows his craft! If you have a broken phone and think it's unfixable dont despair- call Anthony !

Gave Tony a circuit board from my pellet stove with some new parts to solder in. He called my the next day and everything was all set. Very reasonable and professional. It's cold tonight and the stove is working like new. Thanks

Customer service was fantastic!!! My daughters phone was not holding a charge. Tony tried everything to fix it, new charging port, battery check etc and worked well past closing time to help me out. In the end the phone was just dead, but he was able to resurrect it long enough to transfer all the data to a very reasonable preowned phone I purchased. I highly recommend him and will be using his services again.

A WOW story from my mom:I reached out Tony for advice on my 96-year-old mother’s broken electric scooter — this is her only way to be mobile and it wasn’t working. I didn’t know where to turn but had had good experiences with Marconi Radio in the past and other friends in Beverly reminded me of them. I called just for some idea of who even to call. Tony said he was willing to go over and check it out (she’s home bound and we had no way to transport the scooter). His professionalism, kindness, care and respect for my mom, follow through/follow up and expertise left us with a functional scooter and deep gratitude for working with someone who cares for the person behind the job. He’s also clearly talented because this is not the advertised area of expertise. We were just so impressed and grateful. Honestly, I’m choking up thinking about it. It was a “hope for humanity” kind of experience working with Tony. ?
