One of Tyler’s drivers decided to drive over one of our client’s LAWNS, and over two of our chain saws, crushing them. When we contacted Tyler to pay for the damaged saws, he admits the incident took place, and explained that he wasn’t going to pay because we had not properly marked out the saws on the lawn even though we were literally working on the lawn. Not only is his response absurd, we have concerns about the safety of his operation. If his drivers feel that it’s ok to drive over people’s lawns, and can’t see objects on the lawns, who’s to say that the next time it won’t be a small animal or a child. Just absolute insanity. Furthermore, and I understand this is hearsay, our client has stated that she has had completely lost laundry never to be found on two separate occasions using Home Style Laundry services. We will update this review when we receive a judgement in small claims against Tyler Gross and Homestyle Laundry.

Delivery driver drove over the Lawn and ran over 2 chainsaw. The owner Tyler was notified and refuses to pay for damaged saw’s because they were not marked despite the fact the chainsaws are ORANGE. Driver drove over the lawn! Definitely don’t do business with this company.

Many of the machines wreaked of mildew and/or excess detergent in wells. This extra detergent odor transfered onto my entire loads of laundry, grossing me out. The load that had come out less odorous went into a dryer that had hadceccessive bounce residue. So both large loads were ruined for the exorbitant price. Very disappointed and sickrned.

I'm be been coming here for years. The prices USED to be reasonable. BUT now I could fill up my car for the price it costs to do laundry here for the month. There are machines that are constantly broken. If you're on a fixed income or low income, this might not be the place for you. Although the owner is friendly and the staff are nice, the prices just kill it for me.

Came here at 9:30 on a Monday morning, Card machine took $20 but didn’t add it to my card. There isn’t anyone working at the laundromat so I lost 20 dollars and my Landry isn’t clean.

I’m scared to call or pick up my phone when I see HOMESTYLE phone number on my phone after an employee screamed at me for not having my laundry downstairs in the lobby.The usual way it is picked up is someone has a key to the lobby door and comes upstairs.I did not appreciate a man screaming and blaming me.

I enjoy coming here as it’s relatively affordable and has a few places around to go kill time at while your clothes are doing their thing. Today I had a quarter full machine(one of four) dry for two separate 40 minute high heat cycles and my clothes were still soaking wet. I told the person working that the machine was not drying properly and I was told I over filled it and it would not work like that. After telling them it was two separate 40 minute cycles they were like “oh that’s weird.” I then moved my load to two separate machines for another 12 min tire on high heat. One of the machine I chose had a faulty door and a few minutes after I started it was wide open with my clothes on the floor. Atleast the timer wasn’t reset so I could Atleast tape the door shut to keep it going. I will take the convenience to go somewhere else from this point forward.

My buisness had homestyle laundry as their laundry pick up and drop off for almost 10 years. Since March of this year I had $300 worth of linens and towels ruined. It took months to get it resolved. I placed calls and sent texts and never got a response. When I was able to speak with the delivery person / co- owner about it he told me I would be his contact going forward. That issue was resolved. Then my monthly bill jumped over $200. I texted and called Jordan about it. In the texts I sent copies of my bills and showed how it just went up over $200. He said he would get back to me. He didn't. A week later I texted again, no response. I addressed it when he came in to drop off my laundry and he told me he would text me tomorrow. That text never came. After an email to homestyle laundry and their billing dept, I finally get a final bill. No explanation for any of it, no returned email or text. This is how my buisness was treated by this establishment after being loyal clients for almost a decade. The owners and billing department just ignore, ignore, ignore. I would caution any buisness against using them for a laundry service.

Always had a good experience here and I always paid bills on time but the last time I was unable to get a hold of the company since my items were not returned to me. I reached out via texts, emails, phone calls, nothing were returned. I called there and our items were gone. Truly an unprofessional organization and never again will I use this company. Great way to do business. Just be very careful if you do.

Excellent with delivery and money back on your card. The owner is beyond a nice guy as is all the staff. I drive out of my way to come to this chill place.
