My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John and Jessica at Gold Coast Mortgage while we searched for and eventually bought our first house. John answered countless questions along the way as we learned the ins and outs of home-buying. When it came time to make an offer on a house that we loved, John and Jessica moved quickly and made sure that we were able to secure the mortgage we needed within an accelerated timeline. This was especially impressive since, as a freelancer, the nature of my employment was a tough sell to lenders. As new parents, we were also incredibly thankful for the graciousness and patience they displayed in accommodating our needs and schedule. We cannot recommend them enough!

John Donlon and his team at GoldCoast Mortgage are amazing to work with and made the whole process incredibly easy!! I was moving from Maryland to the Beverly MA area and saw that GoldCoast was upstairs in the Cummings Center where I was working. I met John and we talked for about 30 min and then he took it from there. His recommendation for a realtor and a real estate attorney were great (I used both his recommendations). It took about 4 months to get a house, we lost 8 bids, but John was always available to send an approval letter. When we got our house, John and his team (Jessica) helped me gather the paperwork, got me a great rate (in these turbulent times) and he even was able to adjust my down payment amount the day before closing. If you are looking for a one stop, no bull, easy to work with, honest mortgage company to work with, go with GoldCoast Mortgage you won't regret it!

Our experience with GoldCoast Mortgage has been nothing short of amazing. When I first met John Donlon years ago, home ownership was a very distant dream of mine. He worked with me to get my credit in order and gave me some useful tips to begin saving.Fast forward a few years when my husband and I were ready to buy, we knew we needed to contact GoldCoast again. We ended up working with Matt and Jessica to purchase our first home. Both Matt and Jessica were so kind, helpful, and a wealth of knowledge when it came to buying our first home. I must have called their office a hundred times during the month of May and not one time did I feel like a burden to them. They answered every single question I had with no hesitation and made me feel totally at ease.We are now fully settled into our first home with our two babies and I am forever grateful to GoldCoast Mortgage.
