These ladies know how to a run fitness business! As someone who found it hard to feel comfortable consistently working out somewhere, FitRitual has been my happy place. The workouts are incredible and the atmosphere is beautiful, positive and empowering. Any anxiety I could have has been erased with the pre-set spots we chose in the room, the kind and nonjudgmental instructors and the awesome music and lighting. Moreover, the VERY challenging workouts have great modifications for those of us working up to being stronger. I can’t endorse FitRitual more as an incredible studio with wonderful owners and instructors. I can’t gate keep this one, go see for yourself, it’s the best. Ps- I’ve never been stronger.

The best workout I’ve ever had! This place is gorgeous and clean, incredible workouts (the hardest, but they also constantly offer suggestions to make it achievable), great music, and with the best instructors. They care about form and make sure you are doing things safely, encourage you wherever you are at in fitness, and remember who you are when you walk in the door. If you aren’t working out here, you’re missing out!

If I could 1 million stars I would! Kaylee, Stephanie and all the other instructors are amazing! I remember my first class as soon as I walked into Fitritual I could feel the positive energy!!! There are so many class options not matter what level you are at!If you’re thinking about going don’t hesitate you’ll be hooked!

If you want the “city” -style programming but a personable, inclusive and warm boutique studio, look no further! This woman-owned business is an absolute gem on the north shore. Never feel intimated as there are all-levels included and very much welcomed! Classes are fresh and fun, environment is clean and approachable. I feel super lucky to have found this “fit fam”!

Came to Fit Ritual to see what all the hype was about, and of course I was excited to support a women-owned business. Okay ladies, now let’s get in formation!!Now I get why people love this studio – the space is beautiful and welcoming, the instructors are knowledgeable and inspired, the exercises are thoughtfully curated, and the music keeps you motivated.Can’t wait to go back for my next workout!

I can’t express enough how much I love working out at Fit Ritual. When I decided to go back to school, I needed an outlet and came across Fit Ritual. They have a student package that is an amazing value. They are professional, clean, and incredibly kind. I always leave feeling strong and empowered! If you’re looking for a body-inclusive gym with incredible/challenging workouts, you need to come here!

Fit Ritual is THE cutest fitness studio you’ll ever step foot in. Not only are the owners (Kaylee and Stephanie) the sweetest, but their classes will get your heart racing, sweating, and pumped. Their studio is modern, fresh, has a shower and everything you need to get ready to go to work etc. Kaylee and Stephanie have created a fantastic community in which you will feel nothing but supported throughout your fitness journey. Fit Ritual is absolutely AMAZING! All of the instructors are so wonderful, kind, motivating and encouraging, I’m so beyond grateful to have been introduced to Fit Ritual, the environment is positive, motivating and uplifting! All of the classes that they offer are able to be modified to any level for those who need it! The instructors are always available if you have questions, concerns whenever you need help in anyway they are more than happy to assist you!!I can easily say that I Would recommend Fit Ritual to EVERYONE! and I am so glad to be apart of the Fit Fam!

This studio is exactly what the North Shore needed! I could not be happier that I found Fit Ritual Studio.They truly live by their slogan of being "Beyond Routine". No two classes are the same! You could take the same class, two days in a row, and you will not be repeating the same workout.Each instructor is SO knowledgeable and friendly! They take the time to really get to know each and every member and assist you through class. They always offer modifications which makes their classes, truly, doable for any fitness level. They even offer 30 minute "Stacked" classes at noon time for those in a time-crunch to still be able to fit a workout in.I have been working out for years and the changes I have seen since becoming a member at Fit Ritual are unmatched.Bonus: The facility is so aesthetically pleasing! They did such a great job with this space. They have bathrooms, changing areas, a water station, AND showers (which are great after those AM classes)

Fit Ritual has been life changing. I have to admit, I am someone who has been off and on with working out (mostly off) but I was introduced to Fit Ritual a little over a month ago and I absolutely love it. I’m addicted. Every class is different, every instructor is amazing, and most importantly I feel so much stronger. I look forward to going to class and getting my *ss kicked because at the end of the day that feeling after an amazing workout is a feeling you can’t find anywhere else! So thank you Fit Ritual for giving me what I’ve been needing my whole life and didn’t even know it! <3 Steph, Kaylee, Christine, Kelsey... your all amazing and I thank you !!!
