Extreme? Not even close. I walked in today with a small table - 32" high, about 24lbs. The j*** working there looked at me incredulously and said "I don't think we can ship that. Did you talk to someone first? Did you call? Like it was my fault for expecting a shipping co to ship something like that. So rude. Went to UPS down the street and they went above and beyond to pack it and save me money on shipping.

I have had them do work for me on numerous occasions and I am always very happy with the jobs they have done. I've used many similar companies for my jobs and EXPS has been the most reliable and dependable option. They are very easy to work with.

Irresponsible driver drives onto private property and pulls cable wire off the house without caring. He makes a delivery and then hits the lowered wire when he leaves. If they don't care about ruining someone's private property, I would not trust them to handle merchandise.

Way better deal than the larger shippers FedEx wanted to charge me $1400 to move the package UPS about the same these guys did it for $1000 less. The package showed up on time no issues they answered questions they made sure they sent me the receipts and were simple and easy to deal with.

I have been using this company for shipping medical equipment for the last couple of years. Much of this equipment is delicate and easily damaged if not properly packed. I have literally shipped hundreds of packages and not have had one complaint from a recipient. In a few cases where I have had an issue with documentation due to my own error, the staff at EPS has gone out of their way to help me solve my issue. The staff here is exceptional and I would not hesitate to have them ship anything of mine.

I've been working with Extreme Packing Solutions for several years for time sensitive inside delivery, pickup, and palletizing jobs in the Boston area and they have always done an excellent job both with the timely pickup and delivery and the packing services they provide.

We ship quite a bit of or product out. These guys are our go to Fedex drop off location. They get a small amount for every fedex package they take in. I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. I've never once had an issue shipping anything with them. My only reason for 4 stars is due to their highly, overinflated cost on USPS shipping. A book of stamps that should be 9.80 was 13.00.

My logistics company has had pallets shipped to Extreme for the past 3 years which required breakdown and then box delivery to my client's meetings in the Boston area. They have also performed set-ups for some of the couriered equipment. Jeff Tobin and his team has never failed to be courteous, prompt in their replies and on time when performing these detailed deliveries and set-up. I have also not suffered any loss or damage of equipment even during difficult times such as the last several Boston snowstorms in 2015.
