Worst pharmacy on the planet. Poor communication. Rude pharmacists. Always out of stock on common drugs. You are risking your health by doing business here

The hours at this store are always wrong. It says 24 hours but it hasn't been open 24 hours in a long time and it's confusing that the app and maps both list it wrong but it's fully lights off at midnight or earlier

this is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They don't answer the phone and they take days to fill a prescription

Unfortunately, Cvs corporation over works there employees at the pharmacy to the point where they are burnt out and unhappy and they relay that to us the customers. Cvs, you need to do better!

Had the most fantastic experience today at my local CVS. I went in with a tummyache that lasted for seven days. I asked the new employee, Melissa, what medicine she recommended. She actually sat there and rubbed my belly for 45 minutes straight, I have never had better service here before and my tummy ache is gone. She kissed me on the head and sent me on my way. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow, did you know this CVS in the North Beverly Plaza on Dodge St in Beverly, MA is the BUSIEST CVS on the ENTIRE NORTH SHORE???This was just explained to me by a not so professional customer service representative. All I needed to ask was if they could not return my script to the shelf because i was unable to get to the store in time due to Covid.

First time using the pharmacy service at this location and will be the last. I had a prescription to pick up and had no idea that pharmacy closed at 1:30 for lunch and that is a priority at the point that put a wood border at a patient face ,not mine , that is sad and pharmacist was part of that conversation. Shame on him. Patient in front of me was having insurance issues with insurance and was pleading to pharmacist for 4 to 5 days blood pressure medication to hold her up until they work that issue with insurance and pharmacist told her they will but she had to wait for all of them to get their lunch and proceeded to put a wood board in front of her face. That's by far the worst experience I have ever seen in my 25 plus years in retail management including pharmacy retail. That should never be allowed and that pharmacist and the entire stuff should be ashamed of themselves. I guess they all don't know that they are in business of serving patients and most of them are sick and don't deserve to be treated that way.

Called at 9pm when it’s not busy to give them an RX saver card for an RX I needed to pick up to save $20. The lady first lied and told me it would not save me any money, I told her I’ve been using it for years and she still refused to take it over the phone. I explained I did not want to have to drive there to give it to her and then have to come back or drive around the building 5 times as they make you do. SHE WAS VERY RUDE and refused to take the savings card over the phone. Sure enough I went to pick it up, gave them the card and had to what 30 minutes and drive around the building 3 times to save my $20. I get people are short handed but that’s just a bad employee refusing to do her job. Called CVS to complain, hope she loses her job, it’s just a matter of time I suspect. I suspect CVS will do nothing though they never even return your call if you complain.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this might help others avoid the frustration.I visited CVS for a scheduled COVID test for family members that needed it for travel. There is an outside kiosk where the tests are taken.Long story short after someone from the kiosk answered, they informed us that they are closing and not doing any more tests for the day. Both the staff at the kiosk and inside made it clear that there was nothing they could do and basically wanted us to leave and not bother them. They wouldn't contact any other CVS pharmacies to see if we can do the test elsewhere or even help look online for any availability. What sealed the deal was when the staff inside the pharmacy said and I quote "I am surprised they (the people at the kiosk) are even here, they usually don't show up". That gave me lots of confidence :) !I give a 2 star review only because the person inside the CVS did point me to a private company nearby that could do a test for us, at quite a price of course. So if you need to do any testing for a time critical event, avoid at all costs.

The pharmacy staff is completely incompetent and rude. Prescriptions are never ready, even when they send a text that it is. Pharmacy staff makes snarky comments and has zero customer service skills. I will be transferring all prescriptions to Rantoul St after having several issues here.

The place is under staffed and disorganized. Prescriptions never on time even when saying they are ready online. Prepare to return another date or wait until they can refill. I just returned from trying to get two vaccines today, scheduled online but no record at the pharmacy. There wasn't even anyone there on duty capable of administering it turns out anyway!
