11 people in line in front with one person working going very slow and then it took about three more people to go pay which was like 15 minutes before the for any help somebody jumped on the other register and it still took 10 minutes for us to get there and it was still three other people behind us need to hire more people for work and also there we were trying to purchase IV Vitamin Water and we've been able to buy it at Walgreens no problem with EBT card but for some reason at CVS you cannot this should be fixed and changed it is liquids it is a drink so your EBT should be covering it like Walgreens and other stores do, we had just recently went there and was told that my medication was not ready I was deathly ill my wife was pregnant walk there to pick it for me but on the text it said it was ready so they are used a little bit I came with her the next day and the pharmacist said it had been ready since the day before so the lady at the counter at CVS Pharmacy was lying the entire time and didn't want to bother to just go look because it was extremely busy so this now I'm going to be changing my rating on them because that's just very inappropriate behavior and unprofessional for a pharmacist to act like that especially while there's a pregnant woman asking for her husband's medication and she did explain that she had to work it took it up

If you ever want to be treated poorly for simply asking a question about filling your prescription call here. While checking if my medication was in stock the woman was rude, snarky and unprofessional as if I should have already known the answer. I honestly barely ever leave reviews, but being a Registered Nurse myself if I ever treated a patient that way in the hospital I would receive a written warning. I am fully aware that every area of healthcare is short staffed and overwhelmed, I experience it too on a daily basis being treat much worse, but I would never talk to a patient that way. Management needs to address how their employees treat customers as this is far from the first time this has happened.

Of the many places available which offer public restrooms this location locks and denies the use of their facilities to paying patrons. A pharmacy shld be at the top of the list of places for the general public to use a restroom.

This is genuinely the worst CVS that I've been to. Whenever I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription, it's almost never ready and they tell me there isn't one available and then take forever to fill it.

I never, ever post a review. However, I had to after today! For school I needed to get a flu shot. The lady who rang me in was so sweet. Mainly, I have to note the pharmacist, who I now regret not asking her name. She was so nice, personable, and even referred to me by name more than once during our 2 minute interaction. She told me how many flu shots she had given out during her shift today, making it a new record for her. After her entire day, what struck me was how kind she was and put things into perspective how tirelessly and selflessly these essential workers are; this one in particular displaying kindness in such unconventional times, and unknowingly making my day. Keep up the work, you're making the days of people in such a small way in times when they need it most.

The rude incompetent behavior of the pharmacy assistant Elsa, who was working the drive thru window on Saturday afternoon 3/14/2020 at 2:00pm is inexcusable. I realize everyone is under stress because of the extraordinary times we live in but it is no excuse for not doing one's job. My husband was recently in ICU for a life threatening episode and released from inpatient rehab. We drove up to the drive thru window to get his medication. I had questions to ask Elsa about one of his medications , Elsa accused me of yelling at her. Not true, perhaps because she refused to open the drive thru window it sounded that way over the microphone as I thought I was communicating thru a barrier. Elsa refused to listen and told me to come inside with questions , and simply walked away from the window without giving us the medicine!!!! I could not go into CVS because I had cold symptoms which included sneezing. Makes sense right? The window was left unattended , cars were backed up to the street , 5 min later the pharmacist on call came to the window. I took my sun glasses off so he could see my symptoms and asked him if he thought I should go inside. He promptly answered NO. He was able to help us. I tried to call the managing pharmacist as I would not want anyone on my team treating sick people this way. You cant get thru on the phone thus the review. It wasn't until I got home I realized we still had not been given the prescriptions We had to drive back, wait in line and Elsa was at the window and put the prescription through the box, never asking if we had questions. I think that is illegal???? Btw , CVS direct mail order consistently makes mistakes on the medication delivered. Be wary ! I look forward to CVS response.

There is very poor communication and checks at this pharmacy. They have twice dispensed the wrong prescription to my fiancé and told him that's impossible because they have systems in place to prevent that. He has had to go in and convince multiple pharmacy techs that his prescription doesn't match the actual product he was given. I stopped going to this pharmacy years ago because they would switch my generic prescription for a different generic because it was what they preferred to stock.

Staff is slow, surly and completely unhelpful. I called and visited these jerks over a dozen time to one prescription filled and they still don't have it right. I wouldn't send my dog there!
