I've been working with Custom medicine on my pharmaceutical needs, and I find the Compounding Pharmacist, Stephanie, to be outstanding. She has taken an extraordinary amount of time to explain my tailored medicine regimen. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, patient, and goes out of her way to help. I would highly recommend Custom medicine!!!

As a veterinary professional, I am in contact with many pharmacies. But none like custom pharmacy. Best and most efficient and nice as well. What is happening that others can’t duplicate such professional commitment.

I can’t recommend this place enough! They even put a yellow line on the syringe to help you know the correct dose. So professional and so clean (the pharmacy).

These folks have been very responsive and helpful to me for years. I don't know if anyone else has had great difficulty in giving their pets pills, but this is the answer. Custom Medicine blends the drugs needed per your vet's prescription into a lotion you rub on the inside of your pet's ear. No trauma for you or your pet. I'm sure this is why my cat is doing so well now. Thank you! You can pick up your prescription or they will mail it to you.

The pharmacist techs were always happy to explain any of the meds. They were patient and let you ask any questions. Never rushing you out. They also do this cool thing where if you get multiple meds they color code the bottles and syringes, if needed, so you don't confuse them. Only downside is there is not a lot of parking and it is right at a fork in the road so I tend to drive by it on accident and have to turn around.

No masks during Omicron (December 23, 2021)One reusable pen on a string. Less plexiglass than the bank.In response to asking about this the Pharmacist said“We have plexiglass. There is no mask mandate in Beverly. Sorry if we upset you.”Many other safe options to get medicine where you don’t risk Covid exposure.Thanks Custom Medicine for being truly scary.

Our family has used Custom Medicine for over 5 years with great success. Everyone there is super-helpful and efficient. We travel a lot and several times Ruth has really gone above and beyond to make sure we get our supplies on time. The products are always well packaged and medical tests indicate that the compounded medications are effective. We have saved a great deal of money using Custom Medicine and would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been using them as a cash customer for years. Ruthie has always taken responsibility for any mistakes which are few and far between. The owner facilitated treatment of my chronic condition by bending over backwards to make a very pricy medication as inexpensive as possible. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you CMP you’re awesome.

I had been trying to get a specific medication for my problem and my insurance and my primary care physician (or their office whoever) fought me tooth and nail. This pharmacy and their employees fought for me... i have never been here before today, yet thwy still fought for my health and my comfort i was looking at a long time off work but these people who had never ever had me as a customer stood fast amd stood up for my health and well being. Ruthie i owe u dinner many times over . Thank u folks for being so helpful in a time of crisis for me. I wish i could get every prescription at this business as they know how to treat patients properly.

Only place that I know that can give u a prescription made to order. I had a 20yr old cat that needed thyroid meds. They made it in ointment for to administer which was a lot less stressful on my fur baby.
