434 Rantoul St, Beverly“of all the places, this is certainly a place.there usually isn’t a cashier, so prepare for self-checkout—this isn’t the employees fault, it’s clear that the branch isn’t hiring enough people. It’s pretty clean, and it’s stocked up.”

54 Elliott St, Beverly“Gina is absolutely amazing. I had just swapped insurances and needed to start a new medication however I didn’t have my insurance information yet and needed to take the medication ASAP and she went out of her way to find me a coupon so I didn’t have to pay $150 for it and she got me down to $30. It meant a lot to me that she went out of her way to do that for me. We need more people like Gina in the world ”

19 Dodge St, Beverly“Had the most fantastic experience today at my local CVS. I went in with a tummyache that lasted for seven days. I asked the new employee, Melissa, what medicine she recommended. She actually sat there and rubbed my belly for 45 minutes straight, I have never had better service here before and my tummy ache is gone. She kissed me on the head and sent me on my way. Will definitely be coming back.”

434 Rantoul St, Beverly“I never, ever post a review. However, I had to after today! For school I needed to get a flu shot. The lady who rang me in was so sweet. Mainly, I have to note the pharmacist, who I now regret not asking her name. She was so nice, personable, and even referred to me by name more than once during our 2 minute interaction. She told me how many flu shots she had given out during her shift today, making it a new record for her. After her entire day, what struck me was how kind she was and put things into perspective how tirelessly and selflessly these essential workers are; this one in particular displaying kindness in such unconventional times, and unknowingly making my day. Keep up the work, you're making the days of people in such a small way in times when they need it most.”

54 Elliott St, Beverly“So I'm switching it up from my usual bars, restaurants and brewery reviews. Today I'll review a pharmacy, yep a pharmacy. I had a quick trip to the North Shore to visit in-laws and I was flying out a couple days later on a business trip out of Logan. What I forgot to think of on my trip is that my antibiotic supply for a recent spider bite was nearly exhausted. I had one more refill on this script but it was called in to a Walgreens near my home in NY and it was a Sunday. I decided to visit the Beverly store first thing Monday morning to see if there was any way I could transfer my reservation there or have my Doctor call them. I was greeted by a female pharmacist who listened to my shortened version of my dilemma and she quickly said "no problem let me see what I can do". She found me in the Walgreens system and was able to transfer my order to Beverly. Next challenge was to make sure NY insurance would cover it. She asked me to give her 10 minutes so I did a quick shopping spree around the store. I returned in what was probably 8 minutes and she had my order filled and fully covered by insurance. I know this isn't the most interesting review but the exceptional care and attention I was given was honestly unexpected and refreshing. Great job to this employee and her team.”
“Decent selection of beer and wine. You'll see some rough characters here, doesn't get any more genuine Beverly than here. The place is dated, a little rough, but it's own charm as a neighborhood packie. Of course the new developments on Rantoul St is changing the face of downtown Beverly from a somewhat rough but friendly area, to bougie up and coming over developed monstrosity. It will be interesting to see how this business fares, it most likely do well with the influx of new residents.”

434 Rantoul St, Beverly“I found it difficult to find a product in my local CVS, despite locating it in their app. And a member of the store staff who I approached stocking shelves, was not familiar with the product, or it's location, so suggested asking at the pharmacy counter. On other circumstances, if I were looking for just this one product, I would have spent a good deal more time hunting, myself, if not leaving to try the nearby Walgreens. But in this case, I also came to retrieve a prescription.
I was in the store at a very busy time. But it would have been a greater inconvenience to me to go elsewhere, or return later. So I stood in queue at the pharmacy, for 10 or more minutes, to request assistance from the pharmacy staff. To my delight, the attendant at the pharmacy counter was both polite, efficient, and took responsibility. While they, themselves, did not know where in the store the additional product I wished to purchase was shelved, they conferred with another in the pharmacy department who was able describe in perfect detail where to find the product.
And again to the credit of the attendant helping me, he showed initiative, by stepping away for less than a minute, to retrieve the product, so that I could complete my errand.
Based upon his service alone, this would be a five star review. But because the CVS app did not produce detail where to find the product, and the other person in the store stocking shelves did not show such initiative to help me, the rating I would give is four stars. And I would rate even lower, had it not been for the initiative shown by the attendant who served me in the pharmacy.”
“My experience at One Stop was marked by respectful interactions with employees. The gentlemen owning the business care about the quality of the customer experience. I would recommend this business and the character of the owners to anyone looking for alcoholic beverages.”
