Not only did she reassure me that I was making the right moves (and who wouldn't trust someone like Corrin?), but she kept me in good humor throughout the process. Dreamy experience.As a queer person who can't easily mask their rainbow, garages and auto body shops have long been places I generally feel uncomfortable in. Salem Auto Body couldn't be further from the stereotype, and I'm grateful a place like this exists just down the road from me.Customer for life! My plane was delayed and I decided to stay an extra day and he had no problems giving me another day rental. “I had a problem autobody guy after a horrific car crash. Over and over I was in the Lynn office. I had to deal with every single person that works there multiple times, including the manager. Beginning with but not limited too, I know I’m forgetting a few; Mohamed, Rodriguez, Emily, Bryan ,Joelle(sorry spelling!) the entire crew was accommodating, kind, understanding bunch who truly care about their people in the community. My life was made easier by coming to this location. No fuss, quick and easy in and out. Thank you enterprise in Lynn, The manager Rodriguez and his team truly show great costumer service.”

“Rented for a 3 day trip and booked an EV due to fact that I am on the market for an EV. Kenia (on her way to a well deserved vacation) was amazing and great at answering my questions and giving me an upgrade to the new (5000 mi) Kia EV6 that was charged to above 80% (really helped w/trip), really impressed w/the car. When dropping off the car, dropped it off w/79% charge and just w/in the 29 min grace period and notified Kevin if he could waive the fee, when I looked at my final bill, the total came out to exactly what i booked it for. Really impressed by the service and will continue to rent from Hertz, being a former frequent Enterprise customer for work, and may be on the market from Hertz for one of there used EVs. Great job Kenia & Kevin.”

He'll really answer your questions, make suggestions, and give you the time of the day to listen to your concerns. Avis as a company is not what it used to be. But, if you are going to use Avis, I strongly recommend this Peabody location where Ade is.”
