My truck broke down in the pouring rain today and the gas attendant was super helpful even in the rain. He helped me try to get the truck started and also helped me push the truck out of the way. He even gave me a dry shirt (that he obviously had brought as a change of clothes) while I waited for AAA.What he did to assist me today made a bad situation a little bit better and I appreciated that.

This guy that owns this place is a piece of trash. He sold my 16 year old daughter a Lemon. He told her their was nothing wrong with the car, He put a fake insepction sticker on the car. When I got the estimate of how much it was gonna cost to fix I told the gentleman. 2000.00. I stated your gonna pay for this or we are going to court. His words to me were I was honest to you when your daughter gave me an extra 200 dollars for the car. I have it back to her. I said after fifteen minutes and three times counting the money. When my daughter went to pick up the car, he never serviced it at all. Its been sitting in his lot with nothing done to it since Jan. My mechanic stated that their is a piece of aluminum holding up the bottom of the car. This ass let my child drive saying nothing was wrong with it. Needless to say, I am taking him to court.

This gas station also has a car repair shop under the name Alba **** / Cabot Fuel ! We had requested oil change , transmission filter and gasket oil change and new speed sensor to be installed on 7/28/22 The mechanic , ************** of 40 years experience (his claim) requested we supply all parts and pay in cash only which we did. He failed to remove the speed sensor as he didnt have the equipment to do so, broke it, and referred us to his brother in Salem. We paid him in full for all work as agreed including the speed sensor. when asked for receipt he said we will receive this when his Salem mechanic has sensor installed. We went to Salem mechanic 2 days later 7/30/22 and on completion of work mechanic demanded another $100. We referred him to ************** at Cabot Fuel in ******* to collect payment as we had paid for this as agreed. He called *****, by phone and ***** said No our business with him in Salem is separate so we had no option but to pay another $100 for sensor installation labor costs. We supplied the speed sensor.We returned to ***** to receive receipt , which he hesitantly and nastily gave, no business name on receipt and stated on receipt he installed speed sensor which is not true. I have all documents from Salem mechanic he installed this, he nastily told me get off the property when I advised him I am going to report his business. Be warned do not go here for any car repairs. Go to licensed, professional, honest mechanics operating a licensed auto repair shop who will take care of your car, follow the MA laws of operation. and not give you a bad experience of shady business.

If I could give a 0, I would. I got $25 of gas a few days ago. I was paying my credit card bill last night and reviewing all of the charges, only to find out they charged me $45. I looked at the receipt and it turns out he STOLE FROM ME. He added $20 cash back on the purchase, which I didn't even know could be done with my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. CROOKS AND THIEVES.

On a hot summer Friday, after unsuccessfully checking in a couple other gas stations around looking for diesel fuel, I called Cabot Fuels and the guy was super nice over the phone( we all know that’s uncommon for this kind of business. When I got there to fuel up my truck he got me some ice cold water FREE OF CHARGE! Dude is a hero lol.Totally recommend this place
