This is a good towing service. Gus took our Volvo to the service garage and was polite, efficient, and helpful. I recommend New Beverly Auto Clinic.

This place is pathetic. Roaming around looking for cars to tow that are parked in a public place. You can't even leave your car in a public parking lot without worrying that it won't be there when you come back. They'll try to stick you with a $150 fee to get your car back. They charged $108 alone just to tow my car not even 2 minutes away, and then to top that they make you pay a $35 storage fee and another fee of $8. This place is ridiculous and a bunch of scammers. I wish I could rate zero stars. Don't give these scammers your money, get work done on your car somewhere else.

I was made aware of this place because of a AAA call for a dead battery. The tow driver (Cody) was amazing. Took the time to check my battery even though I had called for and fully expected a tow. Instead, he ran a few tests, determined that the battery I had been sold by the dealership was bad and still under warranty, jumped the battery, and advised me to get to the dealership to get a free battery replacement. Saved me money and turned out to be much less than what the dealership was scaring me into over the phone when they insisted it was more than the battery. Fast forward and now I've been dealing with a check engine light and a problem with the gas tank shut off coming on immediately when fueling. Chris got my car in and was so helpful. He listened carefully and made sure to have everything that I was concerned about looked into. The mechanic, Gary, came back with a diagnostic, which unfortunately they can't resolve at the shop, but also checked on a break noise for me by taking the car for a drive. Turned out to be rust and nothing serious. They spent their valuable time looking at my car and giving me some honest advice for next steps... and didn't charge me a penny. Dealerships always try to rip you off, but not New Beverly Auto Clinic. If they could do the needed repair, I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.

Owner would not call about tow service, just canceled with AAA. Needed flatbed will not give ride to anyone. Last tow did damage to body parts. Got message to meet driver at my car, Noone there. Thanks for nothing.

I called AAA for a battery issue with a 2010 car borrowed from a friend. Anthony was prompt, courteous and helpful. He diagnosed the issue, a bad alternator. His advice helped me return home safely. Thank you Anthony

Arranged car tow through AAA. Received a call back from a man from this establishment who asked me what the issue was (flat tire) and told me that he could get the spare put on in 30 minutes, but towing would be very delayed. I said I'll wait for the tow because I didn't want to drive on a spare (and anyway would then need a ride back from the dealership). He replied sarcastically: "you don't feel safe driving on a spare?" I wasn't having that, so I said I didn't like his attitude in trying to paint me as d*** and suggested he pass on the tow if he didn't want to do it. Otherwise, I said I'd wait for the tow. He then hung up on me. I told AAA I didn't want to speak with him again absent an apology and then, after AAA told him this, he refused to do the tow for AAA so now AAA is pursuing other towing options. So, clearly, I wouldn't recommend this place. Had he acted differently if I was a man, probably. And that's annoying.

Drivers are extremely dangerous. The day after the blizzard we were stopped at a red light. The other side was green and cars were going through. A new Beverly truck came flying up behind up and without slowing down, swerved into the other lane, passed us, blew through the red light while there was a car going through and almost hit it, and then went to the next set of lights without slowing down and blew through that one too. Super dangerous, especially seeing the streets were still narrow and snowy and cars were in the intersection. Apparently traffic laws do not apply to new Beverly auto drivers..

I have had 3 emergencies where NB Auto came to my rescue, each time I believe it was Todd. He is timely, comes in less than 1/2 hour. He professional, polite, gives me his pro opinion (often right) and never tries to rip me off for mileage. I love these guys, sooooo trustworthy!

I had a tire blow out on my car just as I was getting off the high-way and had to pull off on a side street. I didn't have a spare tire, so when I called AAA they told me that had to call a tow for me and it would take upwards of 45 minutes. It was 95 degrees out, and I was stuck sitting in the sun and already late for work. Not even FIVE minutes later, Chris pulled up to help me out. He told me he was sorry and would've come sooner but he was eating breakfast when he got the call. He then said he came immediately because if it was his wife or daughter, he wouldn't want someone to stall. He was efficient, kind and polite! Even offered to drive me to work after bringing me to the auto shop free of charge. I'm so grateful! He made a bad situation better.

new beverly auto clinic deserves less than 1 star. i'm currently sitting in my car in need of service for the second time, and of course i'm in beverly and need beverly auto clinics service. it's been 2 hours and they gave me an estimate for 30 minutes that's actually generated by a computer - the guy on the phone admitted that. they literally take 12 hours to come do anything for you. they also are rude, liars, and scammers. they take your car after THEY tow it and tell you that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to have it removed from their lot. they also treat women differently than men. you're better off tying a rope to your car and towing it yourself than having this joke of a company do it for you.

I had a dead battery, and called AAA. The sent New Beverly Auto Clinic (Tony) who was there in about 45 minutes and installed a new battery and checked out my car. Very professional. I was on my way in less than an hour. Could not be happier.

Employee Jay Wellmat told me that this shop could do the body work on my car. I HANDED THEM $690 CASH for a "down payment" on parts. They had my car for TWO WEEKS, he told me to pick it up at 7pm Saturday. They told me to pick it up at a MARKET BASKET IN MA because they "didn't have room to leave it at the shop" picked it up and NOTHING WAS FIXED ON MY CAR NOTHING AT ALL! They stole $690 from me. Reported to police.
