Bank of America has always been my favorite bank to use for credit cards and checking accounts. Anytime I have ever been charged any type of late fees, overdraft fees, etc. they're always willing to work with me and completely eliminate the fees every time. My credit card is connected to my bank of America checking account, so, if I ever have a direct withdrawal or payments that put my account into the negative, bank of America automatically charges my credit card to bring my account to an even balance so I can avoid any fees. One of their wonderful employees, a woman who works at the Bank of America on enon St in Beverly Massachusetts, went above and beyond in helping me file tons of paperwork, photos and documents to support a charge back I was in the middle of, for buying a fraudulent autograph piece of memorabilia on the website Mercari. She spent about an hour helping me and eventually I received my $575 back from the credit card charge back.

The cashier is the worst, I have ever seen since my banking experience. I didn't know what it was, she was simply profiling me.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this particular branch needs some leadership help. Made an appointment for 11:30am to open an estate account after my father passed away. Showed up and checked in at 11:25. Waited over 20 minutes just sitting there while other people kept walking up to the teller. I asked if I needed to reschedule the appointment and was told they got busy at the window and would be with me shortly. Waited another 10 minutes and finally just left. I had to proactively seek out someone to ask what was going on. I'm baffled that I allow a company to manage hundreds of thousands of dollars of my own money yet they can't successfully manage appointments. A family member is another branch manager in the south shore; I called while driving home to ask if this is standard and he said this should never happen and would take it up his chain of command. While waiting, I also listened to a customer complaining to a branch employee about their "incompetence" to which the employee started shouting back at the customer which could be heard all the way outside by my wife who was on a phone call.As someone who works in corporate finance for data security within the financial services sector, I'm appalled at this branch. Clearly some management/leadership changes need to be made.

Hours not designed to provide service to customers. Open after work stats closed before work ends. Should be open earlier and much later.

To the financial center manager Kevin Koufos, please actually work for the pay you get and finally check in on this bank and how you run your operationsTried to call the store and ended up wasting almost an hour on the phone trying to see if I can exchange foreign currency at this locationI finally go to the store and as Lisa watches me waiting in line next to be up, she walked away for thirty minutes. Unfortunately her partner Cathy is incapable of doing foreign currency exchanges, only Lisa can. So I waited thirty minutes longer until Lisa came back to exchange my currencyCathy tells me they’re understaffed, but you’ll never see Kevin Koufos lift a finger and do some actual work. Train Cathy on doing foreign exchanges, this team is set for disaster
