Be careful, this store has done this multiple times. Purchased 2 new iPhones and without my consent added insurance that we DID NOT request.Multiple charges on our bill and multiple calls to remove. Will never do business at this location again.Horrible customer service.

Worst customer service of my life on 11/06/2023 at 7pmI went in last night to buy a new phone and the new guy who was helping me put that I was a NEW customer in the computer (I've been with att for 6 months so he assumed wrong) which locked my accountThey told me there is nothing they could do for me and wouldn't allow me to speak to a supervisorHe is the tall new guy with glassesSo after explaining not having a phone isn't an option since I use it for workHe then told me go try verizon if I need a phoneAvoid ATT at all costs they have horrible customer serviceI got my service switched to Verizon and am happy as a clam with themDon't waste your money on a company that won't attempt to help you when you need assistance.This is unacceptable behavior ATT.

Literally saw the employee lock the doors and go into the back. Waited for about 30 minutes and doors were still locked. I called ahead of time and told them I was coming. I called when I got there and got no response. Terrible AT&T store.

Store person tried to sell me a new phone and told me to take my 5 month old phone and call samsung. He was zero help. I got phone to work after I left Store. These people know very little about what they sell.

Went to get a new phone plan, guy automatically without asking gave me the most expensive plan, then when i asked to change it, just set up a different line all over again so now i have two lines.

The Beverly store was spotless and I was helped immediately by a friendly guy named Jose. My phone had some problems that necessitated a lot of work on his part, but he remained patient and diligent! He also assisted me in reviewing my plan, and adding a line! Jose was 100% professional and kind!

Went to this store the week before Christmas for the trade in promo towards a pixel 7 pro. The sales women signed me up for a bunch of monthly charges I never asked for or was told I was signing up for. ATT Next and protect advantage. Currently as of today I am still dealing with this issue after calling ATT customer support multiple times. Only part of the issue was been resolved, and I am not getting credit for the trade in promo. If I'm unable to resolve this the free phone I was supposed to get is going to cost me 1k over 3 years.

I bought a brand new phone less than a year ago at the store. I've been having battery issues with it, not charging or holding a charge. I called this morning to find out what could be done. The person who answered the phone, didn't ask me any questions and basically told me I could take it somewhere and have it repaired or I could come in and buy another phone. I was livid and called at&t customer service who informed me that I still have a warranty on my phone. Obviously he works on commission and couldn't be bothered. I'll never do business here again.

I recently visited this store to switch over an Apple Watch, set up a new one and then set up cell service for my daughter. For a variety of reasons it turned out to be more complicated than we thought but Natasha (the person who was helping me) was amazing. She spent so much time and effort trying to fix the problem and was successful!

After losing my iPhone, ordering 2 new phones through the AT&T Gloucester, MA store, and having the most unproductive appt. to activate the new phones, I knew I couldn’t go back to that store. I am so happy I chose the AT&T store in North Beverly. Luckily, Dan was the one to help me. He was so patient and determined to figure out my complicated account…for 3 hours! So knowledgeable, helpful, and talented enough to multitask and help other customers while assisting me at the same time. Thank you!
