I needed new tires before this year, so I called a few places since it was November at the time. I got a quote for approximately 99 dollars a tire, so I asked when they could get them and fit my car in, it was within the month! They were VERY professional (I live in my car, essentially) I've been to mechanics that leave grease everywhere, but they were GREAT! My vehicle came back to me as I left it, except with new sneakers. I paid 20 dollars less than the quote, probably because I didn't buy 5 as I thought I would and had been quoted for, so I think I got a good price, the tires worked out to almost 91 dollars each and that was such a nice suprise.

There are many many angels in Bernardston MA. One of them is at Pioneer Valley Tire. He saved my pride, my Thanksgiving dinner, my faith in human kindness. Thank you Eric. And others who I know never say no despite having troubles themselves.

This shop really has good service going. The shop owner Alex helped me decide on a good all terrain tire but didn’t push me into something that wasn’t practical just to make a larger sale. He also balanced and installed the tires on my truck in a timely manner as I waited in the comfortable showroom. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Alex was great! They did a fantastic job mounting, balancing, and studding the snow tires for my car. Been to a few tire places and they are by far the best around. Will definitely be using Pioneer Valley Tire for all our tire needs!

I was visiting the area, far from home, and picked up a roofing nail in my tire. I had the good fortune of being near Pioneer Valley Tire. The owner/operator had a couple of customers ahead of me, but after a short wait he quickly and efficiently repaired the flat. He even referred me to a nearby bakery while I waited, which was also quite good. Highly recommended.

Alex took the time to finally fix a tire balance issue I had with my truck's tires. Prior to seeing Alex I took my truck to 3 different tire shops in the area and none of them could fix it because they would not take the time to move the tire to a different location on the rim. 1 visit to PVT and it was perfect. Great shop and great service. Very knowledgeable and excellent prices on Continental tires.

Great customer service! The owner replied fast and confirmed my appointment as soon as I was ready. Business was running smoothly on Friday late afternoon (they were still open after official business hours, probably depending on appointments). Very kind gentleman. Glad to support local small business :)
