After 6 years of service, I bought the house from my brother and had the account switched to my name. After 1 deliver, 1 service, and one technical call since the switch, I called after hours to order oil. I was told I was on their list, so I put it out of my mind. Fast forward 3 weeks to the zero degree weather and me waking up frozen. After calling and talking to 3 people, they have no record of my account and 3 people didn't try to solve the problem. They let me get off the phone and switch to orange oil, and the most pleasant customer service I've experienced in a long time.. they were at my house within 4 hours. Thank you for pushing the switch.... Leaving my house the same day, dead river is delivering oil to my neighbor... Thought no one was in my area for 5 days? Come on guys, you can do better.
