The prices kinda keep going up but the service is exceptional. It’s great to be able to speak with a human if you choose.
Ira was great to work with and solving my issue. Polite, patient and present.
As they say; “you get what you pay for” and in this case, it’s well worth it.
No stressing out regarding your precious belongings!

An organization rented this for me because I am low income, it was rented for 3 months. I moved out on the 22nd of the month and didn't know I needed to give a notice or take pictures. I texted and they said they needed pictures. It seems like the place is completely unstaffed. I made a special trip to the unit and took pictures on the 4th day of the new month and they told me because I was late giving the the pictures that they will be charging me the whole month. I was shocked and I called them and they told me a person went and did checks on the 28th and mine was not moved out but that's not true, I made sure to move out super early so this didn't happen.They are trying to get a months rent out of me even though the unit has been cleaned and completed empty sence the 22nd and I told them I'm extremely low income and I cannot pay and they said it needs to be settled so I assume they will be sending it to collections or maybe getting police involved. When I first got the unit in the beginning it was extremely dirty too so I had to clean it before I could even put anything in it. I left it better than I found it. They don't have a compassionate bone in there body. A year ago I rented from erving Massachusetts bowling allys storage units and I didn't end up using it and they were very understanding and didn't even have me pay. I guess that's the difference between big company and family owned. This place is a big company, un staffed and when I did finally get ahold of someone on the phone they were a foreign person. Do not recommend this place. I am so upset because I can't afford another month and to pay for an empty storage unit.

I've used this storage for my daughter and son. If there are another storage places near, I would like to move right now. It is so dirty and nasty. Pricing cannot be adaptable.

Terrible. Not worth even one star. Lots of dust, spider nets and molds. Several new plastic cases are needed. There is not any person to manage in office. Price was 50% up annually.

THIS WOMAN IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HUNG UP TWICE. She allowed a storage unit to be filled with my daughters belongings since December 2019, in SOMEONE ELSES NAME and is holding her responsible for payment. Hung up on me TWICE saying she didn't work Sundays, yet I called the business phone number. Straight POS. Filing papers to sue in court.
