“We couldn’t be happier with Healthy Paws. Our dog was a rescue who came to us as a tri-pawd. Two years after his adoption he ended up having a severe infection in his stump. Healthy paws found, that on top of the infection, his original amputation wasn’t done correctly and his femur bone, which should have been removed, was left inside and was pointy, thus hurting him from the inside. They not only treated the infection but they gave him surgery to remove the bone. He is now fully healed and is like a new dog! He has been more playful than ever before. We highly recommend Healthy Paws for your veterinary care!”

“My Nisha and Sadie Rose had the most wonderful care from everyone at CAH and the Inn and Spa for over 10 years. We unfortunately moved from the area and have never been able to find care that has been able to match CAH! I am thankful and grateful for the services that I receive there as well as the friendships that I was able to make. In the darkest times of losing one’s family member, they too mourn. Even if they are about to close for the day and your pet is in a life threatening emergency, they stay open to ensure your pet’s safety. “Dr. Shope and technician specialist Jenn took amazing care of my dog Ted. Ted has several conditions that increase his anesthetic risk and is also very anxious at the vet. They came up with a plan that took all of his conditions and his temperament into account and they were so patient with him (and me as a nervous owner). It was truly a fear free experience and Ted did great. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful care.”

“Our experience with sterling animal shelter has been nothing short of incredible. I live an hour and 10 minutes away from the shelter but this facility was SO fast and on top of answering my voicemail and email about getting my dog spayed. They seriously were so kind , caring, informative, and over all helpful. They were able to get my doggy in the NEXT day of me reaching out to them because of the urgent situation we were dealing with. They made it so easy and I feel secure knowing my dog is healing up wonderfully and we will refer to this facility to many others and in the future . “I recently adopted a little Frenchie mix who is high energy and super reactive but also in need of a checkup and way overdue for a nail trim.
I am so happy to have found VCA online, they have many locations Westborough is closest to us.Our first visit didn’t go very well .. my poor little girl was petrified and made sure everyone in the office knew it . Dr Elbaz was patient gentle and completely understanding. No treatment was forced on her and we were not charged for the appointment. Instead we were given 2 prescriptions for anti anxiety medication and a new appointment. Which was today and was such a great experience.The whole staff is friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. Dr Elbaz is very down to earth and easy to talk to. The assistants were also very relaxed and easy to talk to . VCA is very affordable and has a no pressure approach . No products or treatments were pushed on me at either of our appointments and it is obvious that they are very well stocked with anything needed to care for or spoil our pets . The first visit is FREE Im not sure how long this special deal will be valid I would suggest anyone needing to take their pet for a check up look into VCA . The staff is friendly compassionate and knowledgeable they will do right by you , your precious pet and your pocket ♥️”

“The owner, Dr Tim Foster was very cutting edge when he opened his practice, decades ago. That, combined with all his years of added experience puts him above almost all other practices. His associate, Dr Irene Papamitrou, is kind and gentle with our pets and has been at the practice for many years, so she is also quite experienced. The techs and front desk staff are also competent and experienced, so this longevity is great and means everyone at the entire practice really knows your pets and you. I find their practice is typically better than some practices when it comes to getting an appointment, or needing to talk to a vet to get medical information. Unfortunately, the norm today is that you are pretty much on your own after hours to go to an urgent or emergency facility, and that also the case here. They are engaged and support their local community. The cost of services is fairly compatible with other practices, and they do offer a senior citizens discount .”

My husband and I have our first puppy of our own, so this has all been new to us, and the staff, nurses, and doctors have been so helpful with everything. They’re so patient with all my questions, help me through vaccines, prevention meds, and anything else my puppy has needed. They’re also very thorough and knowledgable. “Took a skunk here today found the poor thing dying in my yard so quickly called them then once I got the okay took it to them drove 45 mins each way and the old lady at the door she just is rude you can tell she hates her life and anyone around her she needs to get a new job in a place like this ONLY GOOD VIBES SHOULD BE AROUND! Then I have to wait until fall to find out if the poor thing lives or died while in their care hell if you don't have someone to update people on trying to save lives I will gladly volunteer to call people back and give updates until fall smh this is a great place otherwise I'm not giving a bad review I'm just stating you dont have to be rude or grumpy to people that are trying to help animals”

AnnieBelle was 2 months old when she was 7 months old now, so I have all trust and believe in Tufts for my animal's needs.”

“I can’t say enough about the exceptional care our dog Nikki received at VCA Northborough this past Saturday.

Nikki was attacked by another dog on her afternoon walk and needed urgent treatment for multiple wounds to her neck, shoulder, chest, and front leg. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Kim, Dr. Knight, and the entire staff treated Nikki with such compassion, skill, and dedication. They stayed well past closing time to make sure she was stable and comfortable enough to come home with us that night, knowing she would rest better at home than staying overnight.

We are so grateful for the level of care and attention Nikki received during such a frightening time. Her wounds will take a couple of weeks to heal, and her spirit may take a little longer, but she is already well on her way to a full recovery, thanks in no small part to the incredible team at VCA Northborough.

“Nobody wants to come to this place, it's usually when you've exhausted all other options at your local Vet. I can tell you, they make it as tolerable as they can, all things considered. We came here with our Great Dane, Charlie, after first seeing the emergency vet in Springfield who could offer little help for her enlarged heart. The staff are accommodating and empathetic for what we're were dealing with. They got Charlie back on her feet and she's much better now. Also, we had to pay up-front for a portion of the estimated bill (75%) when we left her there for treatment, and can you believe it, they gave us money back. That NEVER happened at any other vet we've used. Many vets are just out for the almighty $ but these folks didn't try and gouge us. I wish we had came straight here instead of wasting $5,000 at the emergency vet, which I was not impressed with to begin with. If your pet is sick, do yourself a favor and come here and skip the "middle-man" at the emergency vet.”

“Just took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet”
