“I brought my best friend in with a known CCL tear. We didn't want to put him through a huge surgery and then have to keep him medicated and quiet for several months. With the therapy and expert guidance given to us by the staff Oliver is back. He is playing, eating and acting like his old goofy self! The staff not only comforts the animal but helped me get through a few days with him when I was extremely worried about him. The facility is clean and state of the art. “They are always extremely kind, always willing to see your pet! I had a concern with my orange doofus here where he had a lump on his neck (ended up being a HUGE tick) and the other vets in the area denied seeing him but, Leominster Animal Hospital was willing to see him right away without an account setup there! Dr. Robert C. Feccia was awesome and so were all the tech who were all so kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Please take your pets here!”

“Our experience with sterling animal shelter has been nothing short of incredible. I live an hour and 10 minutes away from the shelter but this facility was SO fast and on top of answering my voicemail and email about getting my dog spayed. They seriously were so kind , caring, informative, and over all helpful. They were able to get my doggy in the NEXT day of me reaching out to them because of the urgent situation we were dealing with. They made it so easy and I feel secure knowing my dog is healing up wonderfully and we will refer to this facility to many others and in the future . Thank you to all the staff and for everything you all do for our 4 legged babies . This is the easiest process I’ve ever dealt with and they made a stressful situation a whole lot easier on top of a hard time so much better. “We went here for my cats vaccines and wanted him neutered as well. They were able to get everything done in one day for waaayy less than the price it would been in another vet. Mind you we called everywhere for pricing, as we didn't have much of a budget as a single mom and everything being so expensive, and we are so grateful for this place! The vet who attended my cat 'Pebbles' was super kind and knowledgeable. He went home with all the needed meds and everything. We even found out he had fleas we would've never noticed unless they told us and they treated him for that as well. He got optimal care here and I would recommend this place to anyone! It's been 3 days after his neutering procedure and he's doing phenomenal. They even called me to see how he was doing! We are scheduled back soon.
