Excellent customer service and workmanship had the starter on my car Replaced because the old one was looking so rusty, it looked like they had pulled it off the wreck of the RMS Titanic! Paul is a nice guy very knowledgeable. He doesn’t put any pressure on you to have other things done. He does what he says he’s gonna do. He’s very careful and he wants to get the take his time and get the job done correctly. I’d give him six stars if I could, and the crew with him too

After the horrific storm of downpours, my car had lost some of its undercover protection and dragging part of it.I did not know how serious the issue was. I called Paul for a last minute appointment, but he was too booked to fit me in that soon. he suggested coming in afternoon time where he could get me in. Of course I was hesitant to drive not knowing the damage I could do, so I was stuck knowing I had appointments to get to. Within minutes I got a call from Paul and he got me in after being able to rearranging his appointments.He will always try his best to help his clients out.I was so appreciated that I had to give him a hug. I did not have to worry about my safety after I left his shop.Thank you Paul ~ God bless

I dropped off my wheels and had new tires shipped to Roux's Garage from TireRack. Scheduling the appointment was easy and all communication was clear and concise. Upon picking up the freshly balanced wheels/tires I was very impressed by the attention to detail. I was supplied with specific mounting instructions and a sheet indicating the results of the balancing process.It is clear that Roux's Garage offers a much higher quality service than the overwhelming majority of mechanics/tire shops in the area. My 2022 Kia Stinger had a nail go into the sidewall and could not be patched. All tire shops I contacted before Roux's told me I had to replace all 4 tires due to the all wheel drive system. Roux's told me Tire Rack could supply a "shaved" brand new tire to match the existing wear on my defective tire saving me about $800. It was the first establishment that I felt confident was being straight with me. I also received an education on tires and all wheel drive systems. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Roux's garage for over 20 years. I found them through Tire Rack when I ordered tires. Six cars later, I go to them for all my repair & tire needs. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and he will tell it to you straight if you need something or if it can wait. The equipment he has for the tires is so precise, many owners of high-end vehicles go to him. It's nice to go to someone local and I won't go anywhere else.
