I kept getting this "GPS not found" error on my iPhone 6. I couldn't use Waze or Maps and it was driving me nuts.r I bought a couple of cheap parts on amazon (GPS signal antenna and WiFi antenna) & Gokhan was able to fix my phone in like 30-40 mins. Works perfect now! Reasonable price too. Thanks so much Gokhan!

I went to this store once before and was satisfied. I went back a few years later and NEVER AGAIN! I was satisfied with the service so I thought. I went pretty close to closing time and I asked sorry it is late but can you fix my cracked screen I will be traveling and need it fixed. He was happy to do it. After about 10 minutes it was completed and I was thrilled for not having to wait. I bought a glass protector as well and give him a generous tip. While on vacation the next day my phone wasn't closed completely and I had to push the phone shut so the seams on the side closed, and moved on with my day. After a few days the glass protection was not staying on the glass and I would secure it again and move it with my phone case. It finally came off and my screen was cracked in the exact locations I had to close my actual phone. I went back to the store about a month later (there is a three month warranty). Talked to probably the son and I have never been so disrespected- they automatically assumed it was from physical damaged and claimed I did it. I told them about the rush job and would have been in sooner if I knew that my screen was broken due to the me fixing the problem they caused. He called me some names and liar and that it was my problem that I went away, not his. He offered me $10 off to replace it and I said it was under warranty and he said not for physical damage. I said his colleague didn't put my phone back together correctly and I have a warranty. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth I left angry and frustrated and called corporate. They also were very rude after I explained the situation and said our policy states physical damage over and over - regardless that they didn't fix my phone and caused more damaged and now I need to pay to get it fix again. I went to apple to make sure further damaged was done. They broke my phone and not taking any responsibility. I have contacted the BBB. The money is a moot point now. I don't expect a company to treat customers this way for shoddy work. I would go somewhere else don't risk the chance with your phone.

I went for them to fix the charging port on my phone. They switched the port and it still didn't work. So he said he'd still charge me $20 for the labor to put the original part back in. So it was $20 for him to not fix my phone. And he was smug about the situation instead of being apologetic that it didn't work.

Only 4 stars because I had to take my phone back to get the proximity sensor fixed, but the did it for free. Overall happy with the service and the price. My screen shattered on my iPhone 7, they fixed it for $75 in 30 min and have nice cases for $20. The only problem was that when I got the phone back the proximity sensor no longer worked (the small sensor at the top of the screen that turns off the screen when you are talking on the phone or prevents pocket dials!). Needless to say I was very annoyed. But I brought it back and after replacing the screen again didn't work they replaced the sensor for free. lots of trips but now my phone works just as well as before. Just check that the proximity sensor works before you exit! The store is sometimes closed also during the week so call before you go to make sure they are open.

Initially they fix my cracked screen as promised, but when I got home my fingerprint button wouldn't work. I caled and they asked me to come back, I watched them switch out two different boards/screens and the same thing would happen, the third screen worked with like a charm. I appreciate their patience and perseverance to get my phone functioning perfectly again, anyone can get a bad part!

Came here to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired because it wasn't working and I figured it was only $60 compared to $150 at the Cellular Exchange in Gardner and when I checked a week ago there was only 1 bad review, I wish I would've checked again before going yesterday. After I picked up my phone and paid for it I had a yellow spot on the screen, my screen is worse than what it was before, and my home button kept getting stuck because of the screen. They contacted me after my review and said I could get it fixed again without paying again so I went back since it was an easy fix and this time there was another guy there, at first he tried saying that it could be something else and not the screen when it wasn't like that before I even dropped it off the first time. After I picked it up the yellow was gone thankfully and they even put a screen protector on it for free which was kind, however I wish they would've asked if I wanted the screen protector first before doing it. Then at the end before we left the guy I saw today said in a rude way "please change the review" and I said I will and he said "please today" still rude. I felt forced to edit my review right then and there and because of that I waited hours to fix it, that's not good customer service right there to push on someone to change their review just to try to make your business look better. I still would recommend going to the Cellular Exchange in Gardner or somewhere else that has better reviews because in the end it wasn't worth the hassle or all the traveling.

They took my crack iPhone and a hour later I came back and the top of he screen didn't look right then I put my case on and it perfectly lined up with the screen before but now the screen goes farther than the case goes so they used a fake screen

I was a little skeptical based on the one negative review. However 1 bad review doesn't mean a business is not worth a try. So I brought an iPhone 6 to the store to replace a shattered screen. 20 minutes later and for a very good price of only $60 the phone was like brand new. There have been no issues with the phone since. I recommend this store for cell phone repairs.

I broke my iPhone 7 screen at work so I needed it to b replaced. The has about 5-6 cell phone repair shops in a row so it's tough to choose one so I went by this store. We haggled a little andI settled on $100 for a new screen. They said it would take 15 minutes but I waited for 30 for the job. FAIL: The screen they replaced it with is a differ t hue from stock. Imagine if you adjust the contrast on your TV...that how my phone's screen looks now. These guys are scam artist and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone...the charge too much and the replacement product was junk.

DO NOT COME TO THIS KIOSK! Brought my iPhone 6s here to get my screen replaced about 2 months ago. Initial service was okay and I didn't have any complaints other than them not giving me a receipt or proof of my purchase. The problem arose after inspecting my phone and the quality of the screen. The new screen was nothing like the original. Colors were off and the screen was very dim. There was a white spot of dead pixels or something like that in the center of the screen and the touch screen on my phone was no longer accurate when pressed. Even though I noticed all this issues immediately I dealt with the facts because I got the screen replaced for a fair price. The main issue would come in the following weeks where the screen would not turn on when trying to unlock my phone. As weeks passed by the problem got worse and worse to the point where my phone was no longer useable and actually in worse working condition than when I brought them the phone with the original screen cracked. I called the store this afternoon to tell them about the problem since my phone was no longer usable and they told me to come to the mall (a 30 minute drive) and they would fix it for me (sounded very well aware of this issue on the phone). So I arrive at the kiosk and the two workers immediately they try to blame the screen issues on me updating my phone to ios11 which I assured them many times I did not do as I still have ios10. The attitude of one employee in particular was very unprofessional. After taking the screen off my phone and testing a new screen to make sure it was defective, he realized that I had ios10 like I told him originally. He accepted that the screen was the problem and he told me to give him and hour and then come back to get my fixed phone because he "had to go on break before he had a mental breakdown". About 30 minutes go by waiting for my phone to be fixed and he flags me to the kiosk and suddenly tells me is not going to fix my phone. As I am trying to understand the situation and ask why he is not going to fix my phone after he told me he would once over the phone and another when I arrived to the kiosk and had me waste almost 2 hours out of my day, he avoided all my questions in a very childish manor and immediately called mall security so he could pretty much escape his horrible customer service and lack of honesty and blame the situation on me by telling security he did not feel safe. After explaining the situation to the security officer I was given back my broken phone as he could not force the employee to fix it and I was given no option but to call the owner of the kiosk who he gave me the business card of. I called and explained the situation to him and told him that I would have to write a horrible yelp review to warn others about the horrible business that you guys are running if he could not do anything to fix my phone as I paid for a screen replacement and I was given a defective screen. He seemed concerned and said he would call the kiosk employees to find out what is going on and he would call me right back. Never heard back from the owner so I had to write this review to warn you fellow yelpers to avoid this business at all costs. They will switch your apple made screen with a super low quality and highly defective one and they will not honor any of their words when it comes to "fixing" it for you a second time. Don't waste your time coming to this poor excuse of a business it is ran with the same integrity and professionalism as an illegal drug dealer, if not worse.

Do not go here. Go upstairs to the fix next to subway. I have broken my s6 twice and the first time I brought it to talk n fix and they fixed it for 280. I went upstairs, saw the fix, and asked what he could do for price and he said 240. Unfortunately I already had dropped my phone off at talk n fix. :/ That was about 6 months ago. And they didn't even have the same screen for me at talk n fix, they only had gold and I had a blue s6 so my colors were Mis matched and talk n fix took an hour!!! So now I broke my screen and lcd again on my s6 and I called talk and fix and the fix. Talk and fix told me they could do it for 230 and the fix could do it for 195. And the fix had the same color as my phone (blue) and only took 25 minutes!!! Go to the fix upstairs, talk n fix are a bunch of robbers!!!

The employees seemed really nice but even after stopping by, calling and emailing I was never able to set up a time to get my phone fixed. They kept saying they were waiting for the cable to come in but it just never happened and I never got a response (now over a month). Went to Techcell in Marlboro center. Much more responsive.
