Goliath loves his time in daycare and the staff are all very polite and accomadating.The premises is clean and neat with wide open pens to run in.

Indulge Pet Resort is our doggie daycare. My fur babies love this place. They are extremely excited to go every time. I love the staff and the schedule. I confident they are in good hands.

Terrible and inconvenient service and a rude assistant who rolled her eyes at me because I forgot my phone and I couldn't give a history report over the phone while she came out anyway to see me in my car to talk to me. I even gave her all the history paperwork.. I understand the whole covid procedure but that was ridiculous. They made this so complicated. I called another vet hospital made a new appointment and I'm happy to know they are taking new pets and owners and allowing me to come inside and make things easy.

I am a former customer from 2 years ago. The staff are wonderful. Marlborough is wonderful. Berlin was wonderful in the beginning when they first opened. Maybe it's changed now, but at the time when I left, it was due to the hospital only seeing animals for wellness visit. They would send you to their sister facility if you have a sick pet. Berlin animal hospital that won't see sick animals and will pick and choose what they want to do? Also, they mainly focused on daycare for dogs at the time. If you have a cat, there will be high anxiety for your pet with constant loud barking from multiple excited dogs. It may be a great place for dogs but not for cats. Perhaps, a great place for doggie daycare but not really a good fit as an animal hospital unless they changed their policy.

took dog in for having seizures - told that's ok - just keep an eye on the dog and if the seizures increase in duration then come back - took to vca hospital - found my dog had cancer in his brain and other organs - also staff could be a little nicer

They quoted us at over 550$ to spay our kitten. They added stupid costs with out asking, from the cone to kitty litter. This place is a rip off. Our cat will be spayed for less than 160$ and that includes all the pain meds. Next town over... Clinton

We had a wonderful experience today at Berlin animal hospital. This was our first visit and we had been recommended to try the non anesthesia dental cleaning. Front desk was very welcoming, brief meet and greet with Dr to answer any questions I had, checked in to let me know how things were progressing, 30 mins later, happy hound with nice clean teeth. I will def be coming back, not only for dental cleanings. I appreciated the friendliness of staff and not pushing unnecessary treatments/meds. Clearly they care first and foremost about the pets. thank you all.

Dr Coffman and Kristin are simply fantastic. so patient, caring and knowledgeable. they make the veterinary appointment as nice as possible for my scardy cat dog!

Amazing care! Called them b/c they are close to our home and our cat sitter couldn't get to our vet. They were willing to provide emergent care and the vet called several times to keep me informed of kitty's progress. They were incredibly compassionate and professional - took great care of our cat!
