Sent our Craftsman mower for repair and tune up May 6. After 10 days and not hearing from them with an estimate, I called, they gave me the estimate, I agreed and they said they had all parts in stock except 1 and they would order. 2 weeks later after still not hearing from them I called , they said it was ready and would be delivered. I went to Hillside and paid in full....they delivered the WRONG lawnmower I sent it back figuring I would get ours later that day, it never showed up! I called again! Now the answer is it was not ready and they were still waiting for a part and did not know when it would be in, but they could deliver the lawnmower even though it was not working. I asked why would I want a lawnmower that does not work? They said while they wait for the part(now that makes a lot of sense). Meanwhile I asked what part they were waiting for and what it referenced to the lawn mower. Come to find out it was a part THEY broke and had charged me for...6 weeks to get my lawnmower back....Last time I will give this local business my business, several years ago the "lost" our snowblower too, they did replace that, but how do you loss it?

This place is great, professional and the staff are very helpful. I was looking for a certain ariens snowblower and they had a 2020 model that was bigger, commercial grade and more power. I ended up buying a brand new 2020 model and got more for the same price of a lower model 2021. They were able to drop it off at my house 30 minutes after I purchased it! I’m a firm believer in buying from a dealer and helping the local places, this was a prime example of why. I will certainly be buying from hillside again.

We purchased a 5 foot Landscape rake by Titan Implements. It’s well built and heavy duty. Exactly what we were looking for.Prefer to give local business the first opportunity, rather than the big box / chain stores. Hillside carries quality equipment at fair prices, with personalized knowledgeable staff. We’ll be back.Also Repaired pto clutch on my Kubota B7610. Great job and still going strong.Purchased an Echo String trimmer here. Great service, and great trimmer.
