The best customer service around, I've never seen a salvage yard filled with so many late model cars. Definitely one of the better yards in the area. Prices are on point and overall a great experience.

Went there for a wheel hub knuckle called in advance was told they had 8 of them. Showed up there and was told he was super busy and couldn’t go check the cars to see if they had the exact style I needed. Said he could not leave the office. Which is bs. Lock the door and get out in the yard and look. Maybe this review would have been different. I received a call back hours later and was told they didn’t have any in the yard or warehouse. When I was told they had 8. I’ll never do business with them again. They lost a future business associate. I’ll stick with goyettes instead, they are far more friendly and more than willing to do their job.

Great family run business. Been coming here since I moved to Berkley over 20 years ago. If they don't have what I need in the yard they pick up the phone and find what I'm looking for through their extensive network. Fair and honest . Need I say more?Miss you Morgan. RIP.

My daughter hit a curb and blew out two tire and damage the rims.Jim and his son went out of there way to help me out.Very courteous I would highly recommend them.

I made a long trip out to pick up a bumper assembly and had a great experience. All of the staff was kind and helpful and although everyone is dealing with staff shortages right now they worked hard to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. I had to visit 3 salvage yards to round up all my parts and it's easy to see why Berkley has been in business for so long!

How they got good reviews is a mistery to me? No customer skills over the phone whatsoever. They have no technical knowledge on simple parts. They don't care. They don't want to help. Nope.
