Awful service , was waiting on a line for a long time and had to leave. It was Saturday, one lady at the counter and seems she doesn’t know how to do her job proper!!!

Winny was incredibly helpful when we were given the wrong tracking number when we mailed out USCIS paperwork. UPS customer service was horrible on the phone but Winny was amazing. She should be a manager.

Person in front as me needed to package and ship a picture. All I needed to do was drop off an Amazon return. Since there’s only one person in the entire store, serving people, I wasn’t going to wait the 10 minutes while they pack that. There is never enough help in this store.

I had a fabulous experience today at this store. I was helped by Winnie. She was fantastic - she handled a long line of waiting customers around the holidays with ease. She helped me ship a couple of things to faraway places and was super informative and helpful. Winnie is excellent, and I would recommend all customers go to see her at this location.

Only issue I have is this place never opens up on time. We always have to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes before it actually opens up.
