Jon is very knowledgeable and has a great selection of racquets and gear. He’s very direct which I like. Has strung my racquets for at least 10 years. Support businesses like this one if you want expert help.

I don't know anything about tennis. Jonathan was extremely helpful with my daughter who is going to play in college (D2). We bought a racquet and shoes. Patient and helpful. Totally worth the drive from Stoneham. We'll be back!

Exceptional Service and Swift Response - Fantastic Restringing Experience!I recently visited this establishment for a restringing job and was thoroughly impressed by the owner's quick and responsive service. The process was smooth, efficient, and executed with a high level of professionalism. It's refreshing to see such prompt and attentive care in today's busy world. Highly recommend for anyone needing quick and reliable restringing or any tennis services!

I literally can’t be happier! Just bought a head boom in the morning, stringed the same day ready at 4! They were so nice and guide me for my choice generously. They even gave me free balls and over grip. Definitely my always choice from now!

This guys is kind of a jerk, I decided to buy a stringing machine instead of interacting with him. He also appears knowledgeable but gave incorrect information regarding some poly strings.

Costumer service was horrible the 2 times I've been there (guy with glasses), aside from that the store has a few good racquet options & accessories.

I needed to get my racket restrung since I recently pick tennis backup. My racket has been with me for almost 20 years. Visited this shop since Sports Authority has closed down and I haven't had to restrung my racket since. I don't know why people here are saying the man is rude. You're definitely not from New England. As a native here, I prefer the no frills and no sugarcoating about the rackets and strings. He seems knowledgeable than any of the Sports Authority that I've went to in the past. I don't why people are saying this is expensive, I found the prices to be pretty reasonable. If you're a beginner or just getting back into swings definitely check this place out.

I'm a new adult player, desperately hoping to develop the skills to play recreational doubles with my husband, who has been playing since he was a kid. After borrowing a racquet for a few sessions, we headed over to Tennis & Squash so I could have one of my own. The gentleman helping me was fantastic--I was a little nervous that I wouldn't be taken very seriously due to my extreme beginner level (sometimes specialty sports shops can be quite snobbish), but he listened to where I was at learning-wise (not very far) and what I was struggling with the most. He showed me a couple of great rackets, had me hold them, and was quite articulate about the pro's and con's of each. I went with his ultimate recommendation, which was perfect. He also had some good strategies on stringing specifics that would help with my learning process, helped me figure out which grip size was ideal, and after a few times on the court I can confidently say that I am VERY happy with my new Wilson. It didn't hurt that he that he dropped a couple of technique gems that were probably super-basic common knowledge for a more experienced tennis player, but were easy things for me to implement and led to quick improvement. My husband was super-impressed with the service and his knowledge, and we will definitely be back for some work on his racquet. Thanks so much, Tennis & Squash, for getting this newbie started!
