I have an account with Citizens (I can't stand them, but I am stuck with them until next year) and noticed that TD branches were open on the Columbus/Indigenous People's Day holiday. I desperately needed some change for a large bill, and I stopped in not knowing that change is only for customers (now that I think of it, this may be why Citizens always asks if I have an account). Rackeb T (assistant manager) graciously helped me, I explained the Citizens thing and told her I would definitely consider an account with them in the future. Bonus for dog lovers: bowls of water for your best friend, and Milk Bones behind the desk. Everyone wins!

I used to love this branch, but wow. I just walked over there with my 7-year-old son who was excited to exchange $4 of accumulated coins in a Ziploc bag for $1 bills. Seemed to me like a pretty reasonable request for a person of that age. He handed the bag to the teller who looked it over and responded, "There are a lot of pennies here, they need to be rolled and we can't do it for you. And we don't have any penny rolls on hand, but I think maybe you can go to Star Market half a mile up the street and they can help you." Sorry, next customer please.Incredulous, I asked the branch manager who was behind the counter if, truly, nothing could be done. About 5 minutes later he "saved the day" when he scrounged up a single paper penny roll that my son could use to roll 50 of his pennies. Having rolled those 50 pennies and then with only about 25 loose pennies remaining, his contribution was finally acceptable to "America's Most Convenient Bank."This standard of service was, for me, so indescribably low that I don't even know how to articulate it. How am I supposed to tell my son, "This is your neighborhood bank?" How can I in any good conscience do that now? Okay, it's corporate policy not to roll customer coins; I get it. But the "problem" my son presented could have been so easily solved. What if the teller had instead responded, "Hey, I see you have about 75 pennies here... they are supposed to be rolled ahead of time and I'm not technically supposed to roll them for you but I think there are few enough that we can just fit these in the coin tray right here behind the counter so this time it's not a big issue. Here's a penny roll so next time you can roll them before you come in here."He did get a lollipop in the end so that was a silver lining. But next time my son asks for help with some change, it's really hard for me to imagine going back to this branch.

The tellers at this bank are extremely slow. Waited almost 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal.

I went into the bank at 4:49. I waited 30 mins to be rushed out by Rackeb Tesfaye. She was more concerned with leaving at 5 & rushing me out the door with lies, than answering my questions. Worse experience at a bank.

Today Saturday may 6 2023 I waiting to 35 min to cash a check The cashier is sarcastic and the magager is very ridiculous Can t take 2 min to confirm my cash check. Any questions not awnser. I've been coming here for the last 7 months and everyone is so nice, easy to talk to and genuine. They always get things done quickly and I've never had to wait too long. They closed the door leading into the lobby from the atm side so people using the atm can distance from those entering the bank through the parking lot side. There are markers on the floor to distance as well but I've seen people oblivious to them. I can imagine it might take longer for other services but they seem like they usually have at least 3 staff at most times.

Horrible experience: I simply needed a notary and called in advance and was told that they would be able to help me. About 30 minutes later I arrived and was bullied and yelled at by a male employee who claimed that since I did not have an account, I was not able to use the notary service. I explained that the website stated that they could help, and that I had called in advance. He proceeded to continue in a very rude voice, even going so far as to step toward me from behind the counter. There were a total of three employees in the building, with absolutely no customers. It took him far longer to yell at me several times than it would have for him to simply do his job.

This branch is truly pointless. I've gone in three times for help on different things and each time have been greeted with rude service to compliment no help whatsoever. After having sat there for 30 minutes just now trying to get a new card printed I was told, "our card printer doesn't work in the morning." It's a robot. Does it need a cup of coffee? Is it not a morning robot?Heed my warning. Avoid this branch like you would a plague.
