I've consigned and shopped many times at Revolve over the years and have been very happy with results. Not everything has sold, of course, but most have and the items that sold were priced fairly for both customers and sellers. I've shopped at both Belmont and Winchester and love them both. (Browsed Newbury st and online) The buyers work quickly and efficiently and are very selective on brand and condition. They truly are curating items for their stores. As a customer, I really appreciate that. Their website lists brands they love so I tend to focus what I bring to them on those brands. I absolutely love how convenient it is to drop off items and pick up no thank you items. It's such a wonderful shop to have in our community!

I have known this shop for Years. The prices go up probably every 6 months. The young staff are always sweet. The merchandise hmmm -- okay to good. These items at the store have been worn mostly, but, they have high price tags. ? My used clothing budget is moderate so-- I have not enjoyed like I use too. Frown): They hardly take my items for -- consignment like Anthropology or boutique shawls and some modern jewellery. Clearly a 3.0 D patnod Watertown.

A fabulous place indeed. I wandered in here last week and walked out with three items that are better than anything new I've bought recently.

The store is absolutely clean and organized compared to other secondhand shoppes. All their labels and accessories are current and in excellent condition. Bought so much the other day!!! Pricing is great also. Can't wait to go to their newton store today!!!!

They have quite a business model. If they sell your piece, it is up to you to find out and get paid- they don't let you know. Also only interested in brand labels, no matter what the item.

I have both bought and sold at Revolve in Belmont. I have loved going there and poking around however, the past few times I have been the sales associates have been extrememly unfriendly and rude. They NEVER say hello, greet you ask you if they can help. Not only that but thier prices seemed to be through the roof - $75.00 for a free people dress that had a stain?? Not cool. The one in Wincester wasn't much better... two teenage girls working on their phone barely a glance up when I walked in with MY teenage daughter, no greeting nothing - so much so that my 17 year old said "mom, those girls were terrible at their job". Sorry Revolve, after years of spending money at your three locations, Newton is the only one for me.

Before Christmas I took in a really cute, like new, Michael Kors top that was black with gold threads. It's too big for me so I thought I'd consign it, but the girl who spoke to me told me, "oh no we don't take Michael Kors", as if that brand was beneath them! She was rude. That's all it takes to lose a long time customer. I've bought many things there over the years including spending around $500 bucks on Eileen Fisher sweaters, dresses, etc. I know brands. Find another way to say something.

Revolve is so communicative processing my consignment, the process is super clear and I always know that I can check the status of my items online.

Couldn't take the time to look at the clothes because the minute you walk the door you're hit with a strong odor that is a combination of funky mustiness and Super Strength Tide chemicals.

The women were very helpful w answering my questions. I have gathered pictures of clothing and accessories that I have directly bought here are something so similar. Excellent shape on all items I've ever seen here. and it is definitely more upscale and pricey in the world of thrift shops. Selling items to consign isn't something u can count on. Maybe once in awhile. I just wouldn't suggest bringing trash bags full of clothes open sign because they are very picky from what I gather and spread the consigning around instead of relying on a consistent base. pros and cons.

The owner was beyond disrespectful and referred to her customers as “old women” and spoke of them as though they were simply wallets with no intelligence. Her story kept changing with every contradiction with regards to pricing.I don’t care if she offered me 100% of retail I don’t do business with people of that caliber.

Saw cute clothes on a rack outside the shop (Lilly), so I stepped in to look for more. There were several employees, and none bothered to smile and say hi. This seems to be in line with other reviews. It's unfortunate, because I found several items that I would have purchased (Lululemon, Madewell). I hope that this unfriendly service works out for them during hard times like this. I'm also saddened by this as I would really like to support a local business. I hate to say it, but I've received much better service at stores in the mall.
