I used to take my cars here to be repaired. Towards the end, Charlie came in less often, and his son-in-law handled the business. Then it closed. The phone number has been disconnected. Even though there is a website implying it is open, I just called the number and verified that it is out of service.

These folks are so nice, helpful and do a great job! They fixed my car once and then the second time I brought it in sadly it was total loss. But when I went to sing off on the car today Gary helped and put air in my rental car's tires for me.

This is unquestionably the best auto body shop around. Period. Gary just did some work on my car with excellent results, as usual. He explained what was needed, set everything up (including contacting insurance company), and did the work in record time. He also took care of some related issues as part of the job. With his friendly, open attitude and professional approach, he makes the whole experience hassle-free. Both he and Charlie run a great shop! I recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

I've gone to Prospect Auto Body twice and have had great experiences with Garo. His honest and kind response about a cosmetic issue on an older ailing car was so useful, I went back when there was a more significant repair needed. Garo was timely, proactive, communicative, and honest, and was a steady and effective advocate with the insurance company when they were dragging their heels. The car looks great; I'd highly recommend Prospect Auto Body.

Excellent local shop. Just moved to Belmont and Gary took the job on short notice. The least stressful auto repair experience - no BS, no up-sell, just laid out the options and the job was completed as described ahead of time with some extra finishing that was not part of the specs. Professionals who take pride in their work - highly recommended.

Having heard two solid recommendations from neighbors who had work done here, who were extremely satisfied; I brought in my car with rear quarter panel and bumper damage that was done in a parking lot. I worked with Garo, who got me a quote very quickly that was approximatley $800.00 less than a quote I got from another local body shop. Garo turned the car around in 4 days, the car looks better now than it did before the accident. Prospect Auto Body are true craftsman, and very nice people to deal with. A++

Great local shop. They went out of their way to take me on short notice. Fixed a bumper for $90 that I was sure would require major work, and it looked like new. I couldn't believe what they were able to do. These guys are a local independent shop and work hard to earn business. It's clear they don't take their customers for granted.
I have no bloody idea what the anonymous bad reviews are about. Maybe they are competitors. It's sad Google would let people anonymously damage the reputation of a small business. I had no trouble getting my car back, and they even let me come back and pay later when I didn't have enough cash on me.
