I love Plymouth Nursery School (PNS)! Teachers are professional and love our kids. The playground is large and my daughter always enjoys the swing. Education is also well-considered including music, painting, cooking etc and nice to get ready for kindergarten. Although my kid did not speak English at the beginning of schooling, she still loved PNS so much and felt comfortable. School/family community is inclusive and I enjoy a lot. I'm so happy to be a part of PNS!

If you are looking for a preschool in the Belmont area - look no further!!! This school has been around for 78 YEARS and has offered wonderful, exceptional and one of a kind care. The longevity of the caring staff, varied curriculum, bright and sunny classrooms as well as the huge outdoor playground make this school unique and special. The curriculum is play-based with themes based on the children's interests. They also have specialists visit the classrooms - such as music, science and movement! Your child also has an option to stay later for an extended day program - where they are able to learn about fun topics such as art and artists. You should see some of the art they create! Trust me - Your child will be in the best hands if they attend Plymouth Nursery School.

We love Plymouth Nursery School! Our daughter has a special bond with her warm and caring educators and comes home happy having enjoyed art, pretend play, a sand table, an ever expanding array of toys, and the brand new play structure with her friends. The staff shares an update each week recapping fun events and special projects from the week featuring photos of the kids. Other great features include the extended day program and the strong parent community. We strongly recommend PNS.

Plymouth Nursery School (PNS) is a gem! We feel so lucky to be part of its community. Such thoughtful, kind, creative and dedicated teachers in a warm and joyful environment make it such a special place. Can’t recommend PNS highly enough as a place for your young children to learn and grow.

A great preschool located right in Belmont Center. Every teacher is loving and thoughtful of each child's needs. Wonderful outdoor space/playground and a welcoming community of parents. Our daughter has gone there the last two years and loves it.

We've been taking our kids here for the past 3 years, and it'll be sad the day the last kid leaves. The teachers have been wonderful for the kids, in their development, socialization and interactions. Awesome place!

My daughter has had the most ideal preschool experience here. From mimicking Jackson Pollack paintings to marching in a Chinese New Years parade around Belmont Center, she has gotten to experience creative and challenging activities that have her excited to go to school each day. Most importantly, it is done in a warm, truly nurturing setting. I felt that from day one when I met the teachers on our tour. (It actually brought tears to my eyes.) In addition, being a coop, we parents have gotten to participate and have definitely become a community. We chat outside every morning during drop off and have had multiple school-wide activities and play dates. We truly feel lucky to have found this school.

Plymouth Nursery School has a creative, vibrant and loving program where I've seen many children thrive. Its teachers are caring and engaged and the curriculum keeps the kids learning through creating crafts/books of the units they're exploring and lots of hands-on experiments. The curriculum is right on point for social/emotional/physical development and academics to prepare a child for kindergarten. The atmosphere when the kids are in class is fun and joyous. It's private playground is also the best--by far--of any preschool I've seen. The play structure was rebuilt in 2022.

I cannot express how lucky I feel to have found this preschool for my child. It is the most warm, nurturing, and positive environment - what a great first school experience. It is a lovely and cozy facility with incredible teachers who are invested in each child. An absolute gem.
