I’m so thoroughly impressed with Karenna, her professionalism, attention to detail and artistic eye are unparalleled. Her shop has a collection of some wonderful local artists and she also does excellent repairs. Highly recommend five stars all around.

SOOOO glad I found this place!! Karenna is magical. I have 2 Nixon digital watches that needed new batteries. I was told by several local jewelers that they don't do battery replacement for "those kinds of watches" (ie, watches that only cost $150). I legit had one "expert" jeweler straight up refuse to replace the battery, saying "it's too much of a pain" and (I quote) "I don't want to work that hard" (I'll never go back to THAT place :-) I found Karenna online and emailed ahead of time to make sure she could do the battery replacement (I live about 40 minutes away, so I didn't want to drive all that way for nothing!) Karenna was super responsive via email, and when I showed up with my two watches, she was able to get them both up and running again in a few minutes. AND I ended up buying a really funky chair that she had at the store. Massive win- I will definitely be back!!

I was searching for someone to resize a diamond band I bought. It turned out perfect! I was a bit nervous as another shop told me the ring cannot be resized more than half a size, but Karenne made it happen! Thank u so much! Love my ring.

I called like 6 different jewelry stores & visited 2 to try to get a locket engraved. They all either told me that the locket was too thin or they didn’t engrave lockets at all. One jeweler told me that even if they could engrave it, the 7 letter name I wanted was too long & wouldn’t be legible. I was about to give up before I went to Karenna. She took one look at the locket & said she could do it, & she did a beautiful job. She not only fit the 7 letter first name, but was able to put the 6 letter middle name too! Price was extremely reasonable & way less than I thought it was going to be. I told her I needed it in a week, she had it done in a few days & kept in contact the entire time. So glad I went to her, my only regret is that I didn’t go to her first, I could have saved myself a lot of time.

Karenna at Karenna Maraj Collection has been exceptional in coordinating and planning a jewelry-making class for my daughter and her friends. The experience was so enjoyable that they didn't want it to end, and we're already in the process of planning another class with her. Highly recommended!

Karenna is an exceptional jeweler who has left a permanent mark on our lives. We worked with her on an engagement ring and wedding band set. Her expertise and patience in helping us design and craft our engagement ring was noteworthy. I think for many this is a daunting experience, but her commitment to perfection and her willingness to teach and explain the intricacies of jewelry design made the experience truly fun and empowering.At the same time as we were working on the rings I came into a family heirloom I wanted to restore. Her craftsmanship and guidance in restoring this sentimental piece was a life saver. We had basically given up on fixing it.What sets Karenna apart is not just her skill but her trustworthiness. She ensures you understand your options and never pressures you into decisions, allowing you to make the best choices for your jewelry with confidence.We plan to go back to her when we are ready to make my wedding band, and look forward to working with her again. I am a jeweler so I'd like to attest that karenna has high quality material and wares for purchase that is at a FAIR price and even a much LOWER price than you'd find at most stores of its kind. I was struck by her attitude of making beautiful gems and metals available to average people who want something romantic for a wedding or commitment, without ripping people off in the slightest. I would never shop anywhere else for materials or gems and she offers great advice and even the opportunity to work on some of it yourself with her supervision. very special place I traveled from salt lake city to work with her. This kind of establishment is hard to find.

Karenna is the best! I took a jewelry making class series here and it was fun, so I asked Karenna for a workshop to make our wedding bands. She went above and beyond, acquiring special equipment for us because we wanted to use platinum. She was so patient, skilled, and helpful, and she made sure we were happy with the final product. She even said we could come back if we needed anything tweaked. We both enjoyed the workshop and are excited to wear our rings.

I brought some of my inherited jewelry for repairs (closings, re- attaching a broken chain and a few more) and Kareena did a great job repairing them very quickly and efficiently. I absolutely recommend her, she is very knowledgeable, experienced and nice!

Highly recommend! Walked in on a Saturday to replace a watch battery before a work trip. Other places nearby were only able to do it in a few days but Karenna was SO kind and replaced it in 5 minutes (even set the time for me!) ? Amazing prices and wonderful person. If you're reading the reviews, seeing everything give overwhelmingly positive feedback, and thinking that this looks too good to be true, I promise -- please reach out to Karenna right now and you will not be disappointed.Last spring, I was going for one of the most stressful selections - an engagement ring. In an attempt to avoid big corporations selling cookie-cutter boring rings, I wanted to work with somebody who will truly care and be a partner in this search, rather than an adversary who is just trying to upsell you on things you don't need.That day, I truly won the lottery by sending an email to Karenna. I have never seen somebody take so much care and ownership for the project -- the second Karenna got some details about what I was looking for, I was getting suggestions and options as she continuously kept looking for just the right design and just the right stone.It took us a few weeks to work out the details, and I was given all the tradeoffs and considerations when asked to make a decision on specific details - she was making suggestions on things not because "that's how it's done" or just pushing me to the higher price options, but, instead, explaining what I'd get by picking this over that and vice versa.In the end, Karenna built us an incredible unique ring that I was unbelievably excited to give to my now-fiancée this summer.Highly highly recommend, and we'll be back for all of our jewerly needs in the future!P.S. we have also brought a couple of side-projects for jewerly cleaning and repair as well as a ring resize (a different one), and the experience was just as perfect. Her customer focus is really, really noticable.
