Wonderful experience with DVIN and his wife, Rita! They are so welcoming, expert, caring, and about their customers. Wonderful service and enthusiasm for what the buyer is interested in looking at or trying on. Beautiful and fascinating pieces in their store! I bought a long 18K white gold chain and a beautiful pair of Pearl and Turquoise earrings that DVIN had made himself. I'll be back! ~ Lisette B. L.

The owner of this business takes her dog across the street to defecate in the apartment's grass. Does not pick it up. There's random droppings in front of this store and around it.This kind of behavior should say something about how they do business.

The customer service is EVERYTHING! My boyfriend and I were looking for an urgent watch repair and found this place near us. We went there and met a lovely couple who were very friendly and helpful. We got everything fixed in a couple minutes which is awesome! Highly recommend:) thank you again

I have recommended Dvin Jewelers to everyone I've spoken to since visiting earlier this afternoon. I brought in a watch I had bought online that needed a new battery and that I worried had a problem with the date adjustment. The owner immediately examined the watch and explained every step he was taking as he opened the case, cleaned the contacts, and replaced the battery. He expertly diagnosed the problem to be only that the watch was slightly stuck from sitting in a drawer for years before I owned it. He fixed the date adjustment and set the watch, and "jump started" it back to life. I spent a while having a conversation with him and his wife, who were so friendly and helpful, it was a joy just to chat. This watch is now all the more special to me because of these wonderful people. I will be returning here for all future watch and jewelry needs, and I highly recommend you do as well!

I went for a watch battery replacement, and would have been out of there in just a few minutes except that my watch also needed some links added, and the owner was willing to peruse his collection of watch bands to find some that might fit. I went back to pick up my watch a couple of hours later and I now have a working watch that fits my wrist! The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and obviously cares a great deal about doing a good job.

Great store for watch & jewelry repair. The owners are so nice and they have been in the business for over three decades. I went there first time to replace a watch battery, and will certainly will go back to check out their ventage jewelry. Highly recommend this store.

I took my Tudor and Brietling watches that needs bracelet adjustment, the older gentlemen I belive is the owner is very respetful and did the job witth great care. The price I think is also very reasonable.
