I recently purchased DSI's print sample promotion for both inkjet and digital silver prints. For the small price I paid I fully expected to receive back quick-and-dirty test prints but what I got was much more. All of the prints are well executed and illustrate the two different processes and my selected papers flawlessly. The prints could, if I chose, be framed and hung today without apology.
I've been a large format photographer working in black and white for longer than I care to admit, and have spent hundreds of hours in many darkrooms. I'm not easily impressed, but DSI impressed me with their service, communication, craftsmanship and prints.
All I can add is, thank you guys, for a job well done.

I LOVE DSI I started printing here in 2020 and havent went anywhere else for my show prints. Shooting digital black and white, it can get tricky finding a spot that can do that well. DSI always gets it right, i love how personal the process gets when working with important prints. not to mention the amazing options for papers. I was really able to find the right digital printing process through DSI, highly recommend to everyone

Outstanding work and service. I asked they put together a "board" of random pictures for my brother's funeral - pictures of my brother at different ages, situation and picture sizes. Not a lot of cohesiveness. I provide very little direction but what they sent me was amazing. So cleaver, respectful and appropriately meaningful to his friends and family. Observing guests who viewed the pictures, they had a smile on their face and it seemed they remembered him just how he wanted to be remembered. I highly recommend.

I had an old teeny tiny photo digitized, edited, printed, and then framed as a gift to multiple members of my family. Digital Silver Imaging, especially Jen, did a wonderful job! They understood the sentimentality of the project and truly listened to what envisioned and made it come to life. Their product was beautiful and their materials affordable. I was especially impressed with their quick turnaround times (I procrastinated and essentially gave them a little over 2 weeks to get the entire project done) and they didn't even blink an eye!

I just used Digital Silver Imaging's "Value Prints" portal on their web site for some holiday gift prints and was very pleased with the easy to use ordering process, high quality of the prints and the sturdy print packaging & heavy duty mailer used to ship them.Thank you DSI for a great job!

I was very disappointed with DSI this last time I ordered some prints. I used them several times before and had no issues and was pleased with their work. This time I order print sample promotion of an image that eventually would be ordering in a larger size but wanted to see which paper I liked the best for that reproduction. Unfortunately, the 3 prints were darker than they appeared on my display and what I wanted. I contacted DSI and spoke with the owner (Eric) he was very sympathetic and seem to care that I wasn’t happy about the prints. We discussed that I had calibrated my monitor, etc. to determine what the issue was and seemed to indicate before we tried to reprint them, we need to identify what was causing the difference as just adjusting them on my end and reprinting them made no sense. Eric said that he’d have someone get back to me (I believe it was person who prints them but I’m not certain). After not getting a callback, I contacted DSL and spoke with Jen. After explaining the situation Jen said they don’t do adjustments on value prints. And I should adjust the image and resubmit the photos to be reprinted and pay for them again. I said that wasn’t what I understood from Eric and would she please discuss my situation with him and get back to me. Needless to say, I yet to hear from her or anyone at DSL. This is truly disappointing and you can tell the quality of organization and their customer service by how they handle situations when things don’t go as planned. Given this experience I wouldn’t recommend DSL for your print’s reproduction.

DSI did an incredible job printing my photograph and preparing it for shipping. I'm quite pleased with the correspondence between the founder Eric, his team, and me, and look forward to working with them long term. Highly recommend!
