A complete Joke!!! They never have your medication ready, even if you have waited 2 days for it??? Just awful! And the line is just unbelievable! I actually feel bad for them, they have no staff and haven’t for years! Will not go there again!

Prescriptions are filled days late or cancelled with no contact/notice or explanation. Would recommend sending prescriptions to literally any other pharmacy or location.

The disappointment continues… every time that I am looking for specific pharmaceutical product, they do not have the reference or not even bothered to order it. The pharmacist at CVS forgot his oath to patient care. Don’t waste your time, you will find all the references on Amazon Pharmacy, instead choosing among CVS poor product portfolio only there to maximize their profitability but not your health.

I don’t recommend using this pharmacy. Whenever I go there is nobody there to help. Even today I went there, I was trying to find someone to help me and I couldn’t find anyone for about 10 minutes. When I asked in the pharmacy they just ignored me. So rude. Then, I asked the cashier and he just said go to this aisle. When I went back to him to tell him that I couldn’t find what I was looking for and that I also checked the aisles next to it he didn’t help me at all and he just walked away. I’m really disappointed. Not the first time that is nobody around to help.

This is specifically regarding the pharmacy part of the store: Atrocious wait times and super bad customer service not once or twice but EVERY single time I come here. It's walking distance from my house so it feels like my best option but I'm considering driving elsewhere because this place is so bad.

I recommend finding a different pharmacy. It takes hours if not days to get a prescription filled. They are not very nice to you when you arrive. The pharmacy actually told me that I don’t have insurance (I do). They tried putting my insurance card through and told me that my insurance rejected the medication (I called my insurance and they never got the claim). I ended up paying out of pocket and then having to go back for a refund. I don’t know if CVS is reading these reviews and planning on making improvements? But I think if the staff had some support they would be able to do their jobs better. You can just tell that they are very overwhelmed by the volume and it is causing them to be incredibly unprofessional (yelling at customers, calling out medications, telling people who got texted that their meds were ready that the meds are not ready….)

I came to warn people how bad this CVS is and looks like many beat me to it. I've had so many horrible time wasting experiences here I must be insane to keep going back but it's literally walking distance to my house! They don't answer the phone. They don't reach out to doctors. The staff are miserable. I need my prescription to deal with people like them! Avoid at all costs!

Oh this pharmacy. Always a long line. Always 5+ people filling prescriptions for the one person working the register to serve to the patient people waiting in line. The text messages alerting you of a prescription that is ready. Ready is apparently Latin for, “not really ready, we’ll fill it if you want to wait in the store for 30 minutes after waiting in line for 15 minutes for the prescription was supposed to be ready but is not, in fact, ready” It’s fun to call and then go there and see your call is still ringing when you get to the store and the 5+ people filling prescriptions and the 1 person at the register are actively ignoring your call while going for records of longest line in a brick and mortar. It’s just awful.Avoid this pharmacy at all costs

I understand pharmacies are short-staffed everywhere so this is more of an issue with corporate and how they let their locations be run. I've never gotten a medication on time here, and when I call, I'm left on hold for over and hour then hung up on. Went down the street to a local pharmacy, got much better service. Stop giving CVS and Walgreens your business and support local pharmacies!

I do not recommend this CVS they are extremely rude.
I went to pick up pictures that I had ordered five hours earlier and when they weren’t done they made it like it was my problem.
Especially the younger female, that was working. She had a really bad attitude she should be fired!
Whatever happened to customer service???Whatever happened to customer service

I have been going to this cvs pharmacy for years and the past few months have been terrible. I waited in line for 20 mins then when I finally got to the register The pharmacy tech was so rude to me and stopped checking me out halfway through, threw my prescription over to the younger (very nice) tech and told me I had to wait in line again. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I CAN NOT stress enough how this is THEE WORSE CVS I have ever been to. This is not an assessment I am making by this one visit. I am so mad because it's the one that's closest to me and I forget to tell the hospital to change it. 1st of all, the woman eating at the register while helping you is distracting. So they rejected my prescription cause "I didn't have insurance," which I do, and they would have known if they called me. So then I get there and she has attitude about it while chewing food talking to me. Then I leave and come back for the meds. They are missing one, I called, she told me I have to buy it over the counter. Im wondering why they didn't tell me that while I was there. First she was trying to convince me that the doctor told me to buy it over the counter, until I told her that it was prescribed and she said she just now seen it after going to check again. How did you miss the prescription in the first place? The line to get your meds is always so long. They always have a broken register, or not enough ppl or don't have the meds you want.
