CVS is a well-stocked store with a decent size, although its organization can sometimes be confusing. Staff members are noted for being helpful, patient, and courteous, especially during complicated transactions. However, customers have experienced delays in prescription processing, with lead times increasing up to two days and communication issues regarding insurance acceptance. Concerns about privacy have also been raised, particularly regarding the loud announcement of medication names. The parking lot poses safety concerns, as the lights have been out for an extended period, making it dark. While some customers appreciate the service from individuals like Meghan and Bilal, there are complaints about rising prices, leading some to view CVS as overpriced and only worth visiting for specific needs. Overall, CVS has friendly staff but faces challenges in prescription management and store safety.
A complete Joke!!! They never have your medication ready, even if you have waited 2 days for it??? Just awful! And the line is just unbelievable! I actually feel bad for them, they have no staff and haven’t for years! Will not go there again!

Pharmacy is always always always backed up. And rarely helpful.

Prescriptions are filled days late or cancelled with no contact/notice or explanation. Would recommend sending prescriptions to literally any other pharmacy or location.
