RIP OFF- DO NOT RECOMMEND. I got a notice in the mail to bring my car in if experience battery drain issues and that there was an extended warranty/recall to cover battery drain problems. I brought the car in as my battery died weekly for a year, even when I replaced the battery twice. The dealership failed to diagnose the problem and instead charged me nearly $200 for their failure - not covering the check even though the letter stated to bring in the car and no charges. This dealership is a rip off, and seemingly the recall notice as well. I will never be going back to this dealership or any other dealership.

My girlfriend was looking for a new car and wanted to check out Subarus so we ended up here.
While talking about the price she asked if she could get the car for the MSRP listed on the Subaru website.
Instead of just being clear there was a dealership markup the sales guy tried to tell us that the pricing listed on the website isn't the price Subaru says the car is worth. The MSRP...the Manufacturers Recommended Sales Price? Yeah, that isn't what Subaru itself recommends price of the car to be.
Evidently the guy thought we couldn't read.
This type of service is exactly why a lot of people don't like buying cars.
Two stars because they have free snacks but I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have other options.

I recently purchased my new (used) Subaru Outback from City Side, and couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle I chose, and the friendly and professional service I experienced there. I have never had such an authentic and caring experience at a car dealership before coming to City Side (from Sales to service team members, all were friendly and helpful)- especially Nate W., who has been genuine and professional in helping to find the best car for me, and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Nate and the team at City Side Subaru! If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the service for yourself!

Every time I come to Cityside Subaru with a service or parts question or concern, I am blown away by the kindness and generosity of the staff here. You set the bar for what excellence in customer service looks like. Today, for example, the Service Department squeezed me into the their busy schedule to assuage a safety concern I had about the rear wheel bearings of my car. Keep crushing it!

I got a great deal on a preowned Forester and the service was exceptional. I worked with Eric and the experience was superb at every step.
During the test drive Eric was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patiently. Over email he was always much more responsive than I would have expected. When we closed the deal he was extremely efficient and had the car beautifully prepared at lightning speed.
If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend stopping by this place!

Our family purchased our Subaru Forester at Cityside Subaru in 2015, and the experience was great. However, what has truly exceeded our expectations is the continuous improvement in their service over the past almost 10 years. We’ve always returned to Cityside Subaru for servicing, and our recent fantastic experience made me feel compelled to leave this review to help others see the value in their service.
We’re thrilled to give a shout-out to Karen, the Service Manager. We’ve worked with Karen for many years and it’s evident that her leadership has continuously elevated the quality of service. She sets a high bar for customer service for her team, ensuring they consistently deliver exceptional care. Karen is hands-on, responsive, patient, and truly cares about her customers.
We also want to extend a big thank you to Tianna, our Service Advisor during the recent service. She has been extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. Tianna stays on top of things, follows up diligently, and takes extra steps to look at our previous service records to provide insightful information. She arranged a loaner car for us and gave clear explanations about the inspection results and necessary repairs, along with a detailed cost breakdown, which made the whole process seamless and trustworthy.
Despite our car being almost 10 years old, it still drives great after their meticulous service. The service team has earned our trust and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Special thanks to Will, our Service Advisor who has been assisting us over the years, and Michael, who has always been enthusiastic, polite, friendly, and efficient in helping us schedule appointments.
I recently chatted with Karen and learned about their upcoming expansion to a new building. Congratulations to the team! The new facility will even have a dedicated play area for children, further demonstrating their commitment to customer care.
We love our family car and look forward to visiting the new building with our kids. Thank you once again to the amazing team at Cityside Subaru. We highly recommend!
