Horrible Horrible Bank. I have three accounts there. I am closing them all. No access to my money, no access on line, the new guy there is like a game show host...only wants to sell, and chat ...HORRIBLE. They lost their best teller there Raffi, that was the corner stone of my trust with that branch and that bank. Ever since Citizens sold, they have very fast gone down hill. Everyone should be looking for a new bank...

If only negative stars were possible ...As always with these chain banks, I needed a larger check cashed & it required me to open an account. I already have had poor experiences, so I should have known better.First, the manager has some internalized self hatred & favors European customers over others. This is pales in comparison to his other offense - a marked lack of humanity & compassion, supercilious, megalomaniac and generally a cantankerous curmudgeon.The single time I attempted to launch a complaint, they laughed in my face.This branch Will close and/or he'll be fired. No one there should get to keep a job due to their tacit and implicit approval of his boorish behaviors.

Worst customer service ever.I tried to have a bank check. The teller spent several minutes to confirm the authentications and said "Our printer is not working today. Go to another branch." If so, why didn't he tell me at the beginning?

The tellers here are awful. Last time in I practically had to beg the guy to get off his cell phone and help me. Then he screwed up the certified check, blamed it on me, and refused to fix it.General Citizens experience is just as bad. Mobile and online banking features are frequently unavailable with no notice. I've had numerous deposits kicked back to the sender over the past few months. Transfers between Citizens accounts constantly fail. I had an Aeropay transaction decline because they could not reach Citizens' servers.All of this on top of fees, fees, and more fees. I've closed down all of my Citizens accounts and will be finding a better bank.

This is the worse branch of Citizens I ever been to. I went there with my bank card and password to make a withdraw, they racially profiled me and asked for my ID, I did provided a valid Driver License. So they asked to see the bank app in my phone (what is just ridiculous), I needed my money so I showed the bank app. After all that they do not allowed me to withdraw my money and called the cops on me. So I had to call costumer service, increase my ATM withdraw limit, so I could get $3k in the ATM. Even the cops were confused about it, they saw that I had all the documents and that I was getting money in the ATM, there was no reason to do not allow me to withdraw my cash from my bank account. Closed my account with this bank after this and advice everyone to do the same.

Friendly helpful staff. I have been using this bank for years and appreciate the convenience it offers. On a few occasions they have even made suggestions that have helped me make the most of my Citizens account. Overall top notch service and one of the reasons why I continue to use Citizens Bank.

Worst experience with any financial institution EVER ! they froze my accounts due to mistake on their end and they couldn't care less... after wasting hours on hold and waiting 3 days , they told the back office will look into it and they can not be called or contacted. this company has no respect to their costumers. STAY AWAY

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Do not use this bank. The management does not care for it's customers. Absolutely no respect. The lady I had to work with was extremely rude. Not professional!

Very convenient because I can get food and money in the same building. I think one guy who works here hates me because I always request bank checks and $50 bills. Seems fair.

My wife and I have a business account, personal account and loans with this bank and I go out of my way to go to this branch because of the excellent service. The group of people at this branch are some of the nicest and most professional people I have ever dealt with. The manager, Mohammed, is very accommodating and always available to help in anyway he can. Excellent group. And they are open until 7PM.

The customer service at this location is deplorable. Upon depositing a check, we were not notified about a 5 business day hold for new account holders. My wife and I deposited a check on Tuesday, when the first of the month came around we had no access to our funds. I came to this branch to ask why we couldn't release a small amount before the date of clearance and all he could say was "it's federal banking policy" and "it's a rule put in place to protect you". I told them that this policy is not protecting me and my family, it's hurting us. Consequently I was made to feel like a jackass standing there begging for my own money. I had to then go to my mother in laws house to ask for $20 to purchase prescription antibiotics for my daughter. I am not certain of the purpose of a bank that will hold your funds hostage for an extravagant period of time (7days including the weekend) at the end of the month, of a family trying to pay rent and live in an overpriced city. It's now the third of the month and I'll be paying my rent late. I will be discontinuing service with these people

This should be 0 stars as two months later the manager ddin't call me back. Apparantly when I call he is never there or on a call. I love big banks. Don't you?
