I had a business account that I couldn’t write checks from. The problem wasn’t resolved after 4 visits, so I closed the account. The service is incompetent and maddening. Oddly large branch of Citizens bank located in a walkable business district. Good service.

They signed me up for a line of credit without my consent that accumulated fees without my knowledge. Nobody was able to help or answer questions as to why this happened. They said someone would call me about it and I never received a call.
