I was not able to use my ALT ID for rewards because the guy said it is a full service station, we don't do that here. He was rude too.

Called in a panic because my ABS light went on suddenly then went off in my Prius. The shop owner was so nice and let me come right over. He was clearly busy but inspected my car and said it was a just computer malfunction. He insisted and put air in all my tires. When I asked about the charge he said “none”. He would not take any money. My friend has had a similar experience. I did sneak and leave a $20 with the young man at the desk.

Best service station in Belmont! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my inspections, very fast and efficient. Friends and family of mine have been coming here for years. I personally love coming here when I need the inspection because of how friendly the staff is but the most important thing is how prompt the service actually is. I was in and out in half an hour when there wasn't anyone in queue. Gas here is also fairly priced so I usually fill up whenever I come for the inspection. If you live around the area its a no brainer to come here for your gas and inspection needs.

Great place for inspection, if something is obvious is failing, they are kind enough to point it out before starting.

I have been using this location off and on for about 10 years (between this and Power Plus Gas). Until this weekend I would have said great place. I went here for a inspection and the vehicle failed (had a mouse chew a wire and needed it replaced). The person who did the inspection had said I had to about December to get it fixed and have it retested. I got it fixed and came back. The same person I have been dealing with forever pumping gas says I have to pay again as it was past the time. My response was "I swore he said that I had to December." This bloke ramps up like I just insulted his parents and children getting heated in zero seconds "No. He did not. WE are not fools, because YOU are an IDIOT!" I'm puzzled thinking he misheard me (We have never had anything more then pleasantries at this point over the years) I again state "I could have sworn that he had said that." Flat. Statement of fact. He continues with hostility and verbiage. I just say okay, I am just going to take my car up the street then. I get into my car. He is still railing and arguing even though I am in my car trying to leave and not engaging. As god as my witness, I have no idea what set him off, but don't think I will be returning. If you decide to go here, best of luck!

I had some work done on my car at Common Street Auto and my inspection at the Citgo. Both were great!
