This does seem to be a scam! the business is permanently closed yet they're still accepting orders! ordered a $150 order for a family members surgery & NOTHING arrived. the phone number is dead and the other one no one answered or responded. will have to dispute with the bank how frustrating.

Unfortunately, I do feel like I was scammed by this business. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be picked up the following day. Stopped by the shop the next day during business hours several times and the door was always locked. Have called and texted several times since then with no response. I have not received a refund. There are plenty of other local shops which will give you the flowers you have paid for and I recommend visiting one of those instead.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents house a few blocks from this store the next day. I received a text from Isabella at 11am the day the flowers were supposed to come saying she fell in the rain and no one could deliver the flowers that day. She stopped responding to my texts, and the flowers never came. Looking at the pictures on Google maps, it looks like this store is a front for something. It is taking up prime real estate near Belmont Center and not providing any benefits. Skip this shop. Maybe even report it. Update: she did respond to my texts and issued a refund.

It’s highly disappointing that you need an appointment to get flowers. According to the sign on the door they will “kindly ask you to sit in your car” I will “kindly” take my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend this store.

100%, White Glove product, execution, service, and experience.I ordered three arrangements for a family member who was inpatient at McLean Hospital for over two months, and Isabella Bergstrom took care of all three orders, which were beautiful.The first arrangement was Pop of Lavender which was gorgeous.The second arrangement that I sent was for Christmas and it was lovely and lasted for a full two weeks, and my family member received many compliments from visitors and the staff at McLean.The third arrangement was a designer’s choice and this was very cheery and stunning.There are rules for patients at McLean and Isabella brought either a basket or a non-glass vase, that was acceptable for a patient at McLean.Isabella asked for the building location so that the arrangements would be delivered same day since McLean has such a large campus.Thank you so much for a putting a smile on my sister-in-law’s face and making her feel special!I highly recommend Belmont Flower Shop.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. The owner takes orders and doesn't fulfill them. When I called to inquire why the flowers weren't delivered on the date I picked on their website, the phone wasn't even in service. I tried emailing but got no response either. I disputed the charges.* I don't care what the owner has to say in response, you don't run a business like that. NO Excuses.Central Square Florist delivered on time and with a beautiful bouquet that lasts a long time. Use them instead. Also cheaper.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!I ordered an arrangement for my 99-year-old grandmother-in-law, and the flowers that arrived were half dead. We called to try to make things right with the owner, who had no interest in fixing the problem. She blatantly lied about when the flowers were delivered and were quite rude on the phone.My grandmother-in-law has lived in Belmont all 99 years of her life. purposely ordered directly from this shop because I believe in buying local. Mistakes happen, and the owner had a chance to make it right, and instead chose to be dishonest.I am so disappointed that this business would behave with such a lack of integrity. I will be disputing the charge and re-ordering from another local shop.

I almost never post reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for this business, because I was extremely disappointed in my experience. I placed an order online for an arrangement to be delivered to my sister in law, received an email confirmation that the order was delivered and was charged the full amount. A few days later I heard from my sister in law that she never received any flowers. I assumed maybe there had been a misunderstanding, and tried several times to contact the business to resolve the issue. I called multiple times, left a message, and emailed, and to this day they have never contacted me back. I have also noticed every single time I call they never answer the phone, which in my experience is unusual for a florist business. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I could never get in touch with the business. I would not recommend placing any orders with this company.

Isabella worked with us and provided all of our wedding flowers. She can work with any price point! We threw a wedding for 185 people and she made stunning centerpieces. My bouquet was STELLAR, such a jaw dropper! Isabella is so incredibly sweet, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Her passion for flowers is very apparent and shines through in her work. SO PLEASED!

Negative star review here! I ordered a custom bouquet of flowers for a funeral online and it never got delivered. I called the shop and spoke with the owner, she said she'd refund me and to check my account in 10 days. 10 days go by, I checked but nothing, I called her shop 3 times no answer, left a message then called again then finally someone answered, the person who picked up sounds just like the owner but pretended to be someone else. She told me she would let her boss know and that she'd be calling me back in 5 minutes. I waited an hour to call again and my phone calls got forwarded to the VM. She lied about refunding me and was ignoring my VM and phone calls. I had to file a dispute and 1 month later I finally got my money back. What a scam! Beware, and shop elsewhere!

Orders flowers for wake owner blamed it on delivery driver . We were so embarrassed. Im one to give a business the benefit of the doubt and be understanding not in this case. . I wouldn't order your mom flowers . They probably won't get there.

We received a beautiful bouquet of flowers when my partner had surgery. The flower selection and design is gorgeous. The woman who delivered was lovely and empathetic to our situation. I will definitely use Belmont Flower Shop in the future.
