“My car was making strange noises as I was driving. I decided to bring my car here based off proximity to my house and reviews on google.
At first, they told me they were very busy and weren’t sure if they could take my car in at that exact time and suggested I schedule an appt.
But before they sent me off, they took my car for a test ride with me to make sure everything was safe. Upon test drive, they realized it actually was not safe to drive home. They made it work, prioritized me the best they could and also offered to help me arrange a ride home. Although it was my first time, they treated me like family. 10/10 would recommend! Very genuine, super helpful, and good prices!”
“This shop is wonderful! Brought in our aged Subaru for a general check. Aram identified numerous problems, but was extremely realistic about which issues were high priority. Repair cost was very reasonable and there was absolutely no pressure to do additional repairs which were not immediately warranted. The car is running great now! We will definitely be back.”

He was clearly busy but inspected my car and said it was a just computer malfunction. He insisted and put air in all my tires. When I asked about the charge he said “none”. He would not take any money. My friend has had a similar experience. I did sneak and leave a $20 with the young man at the desk.”

“after purchasing my BMW, i was especially weary about where i brought my car to be serviced. strictly utilizing BMW dealerships, i soon found myself burning money without really understanding what was going on with my car. full disclosure, i am just a girl working in healthcare, so i have not a single clue about cars. i asked around and a handful of my patients suggested Boston Motor Werks to me! after my first visit to the shop, which was intended to be a simple oil change/ service, we found some problems that needed to be addressed. rather than handing me a list of procedures and fees, Rob took the time to walk me through every single recommendation they had. he even reviewed photos to explain and educate me on what i was seeing. this was a HUGE change from what i’ve experienced in the past; Rob was honest and thorough (catching things even BMW dealerships didn’t), which i appreciated so much! very thankful for this experience, looking forward to working with Rob and his team moving forward! happy to have found a new -reliable- car home!”
